Horrible sale service

Horrible sale service The backpack I ordered never got to destination I never got noticed from the shipping company only to realise that it was on its way back to Mous Happening to too many people after checking internet for a while Client service never answers to your emails I claimed my money through my bank A total ripoff

A great product poor customer service

A great product of that I am sure Unfortunately the communication is non existent I ordered 7 days ago and it cost over 160 I have left a message but no reply Am I going to get my items before Christmas who knows Poor

The screen cracked falling from the high of a standup desk

My phone 8 months old was in a Mous case and Mous screen protector from day 1 The case arrived before my phone It falls from the height of a standing desk The screen is cracked The most frustrating bit is that the screen protector didn t break where my screen did I bought this case and screen protector because I saw videos on YouTube with Mous team members throwing their phones up and landing OK with some scratches and throwing them down from ladders and significant height I contacted Mous before submitting this review Mous wasn t interested in helping In their email response they pointed out they take no responsibility if the phone breaks and are not liable They offered a refund of my original purchase I am now left with claiming via insurance or 399 screen replacement

I have been a customer of mous for 4 years now buying a case for every new phone I have got I placed an order for a iPhone 13 Pro case over 10 days ago now and have not received it The tracking of my item says it hasn t even been processed their end however they have still took my money No reply from customer support yet either Awful from them especially as it is Christmas time and the item was needed to go with a gift

Ordered a phone case earlier on in the week as I had a new phone on the way paid extra for the next day delivery and now 3 days later I ve still had no update from the company with a tracking email etc no way of contacting them properly wouldn t use if you have ordered for a new phone coming like me as in now 65 out of pocket and having to try and make sure my phone doesn t get damaged while I wait

Absolute Rubbish

I bought a case for my iPhone after reading reviews and watching their videos dropping phones from great heights THIS IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH I strongly believe this case is the reason my iPhone back glass shattered after being knocked out of my hand and dropping less than 2 metres It has happened to lots of other customers too but they continue to use these extreme advertising tactics but the case is hard which causes the glass to shatter

Not Fit for Purpose - Magsafe Suction Mount

I bought a magsafe suction mount car charger and every time I attach the mount to the windscreen it falls off within 30 seconds even before I ve had chance to attach my Google pixel 8 pro I can t believe that this company can charge 47 for a charge mount that doesn t even work I m extremely disappointed with this product which does not even do the basics right

Don t order if in a hurry

I chose to order from Mous as they offered next day delivery at a cost of course Case was not dispatched or delivered on time so I may have ordered from a competitor and fit the actual case I d originally wanted Customer service pretty much non existent so if anything goes wrong you ll never hear from them Case ok nothing special hopefully its better than the service is all I m hoping for

DO NOT ORDER FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY

Terrible I live in the EU and have been waiting for 6 weeks for my order I send 8 emails of which only 4 got a response and now they refuse to give my money back and deliver the product Straight up thiefs DO NOT ORDER FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY

Not as good as the hype

Unfortunately my Mous case has not been great Dropped a couple of times from standing height once screen edge was damaged last time black at the bottom of the screen I ve had better luck with decent soft standard cases Would not purchase again
