Mous case DOES NOT Fully protect iPhone 15

Bought a case for my iPhone 15 The case allows the camera lens to sit proud of the protection and contact hard surfaces therefore offering NO protection to the lens Raised with Customer Services Cus Services said that was how the case was designed and would protect the lens even thought the lens contacts hard surfaces It can t be true They refunded it BUT I had to pay the postage 8 wasted on a product that is Unfit for Purpose and inaccurately described

Do not live upto the advertisingHad mous case on last phone which split 3 times replaced by mous Because wanted protection bought again Quality changed the leather is slippy instead of grippySlipp3d out of hand screen cracked swapped to silicone case samsung much better

Bad product and unwilling to resolve

I feel sad having to write this review but when things go wrong is when a company can really shine or the opposite - show their true colours I ll happily eat my hat and re-edit this if Mous deal with this which they re currently not and suspect they won t Essientially I dropped my phone wrapped in one of their supposed protection cases and screen protectors and the screen shattered Clearly the case and screen protector offered absolutely no protections at all I should also add this was a year old case as the previous Mous one had actually split its seals all the way round the case and fallen apart after a couple of years True to their word Mous did replace the case but not like for like as they say they do as they said they no longer had the style of case I bought Skip a year or so forward I accidently drop my phone and the case did nothing to protect my phone or the screen protector They simply are not shock proof and their advertising is misleading Anyway wrote to them and their reply was to say sorry and that their cases don t always work but with their lifetime guarantee they d send me a new case What a joke so what do I do Put my smashed phone in a new case I immediately replied and they re now ignoring me I wrote the next day too again no reply I ve feel really let down and scammed by Mous So bear this in mind folks they may do fun crazy viral style social ads but beware their products don t always work and when they don t they will ignore you and not deal with the situation or consequences I will never buy or recommend them again they ve turned out like all other big companies Shame on you Mous

Terrible customer support and order not delivered

On Nov the 24th I placed an order for Black Leather AirPods Pro Case order number UK-703044 I paid for next day delivery It is now 2 weeks since I placed this order and I still do not have the case According to the tracking my order had an exception and the pick up was cancelled I have emailed the so say World class customer support team 5 times and not once have I had a reply I have used Mous products in the past and have always been happy with the quality and speed of delivery However this time I have found the customer support to be frustrating and totally non existent I will be avoiding in future Meanwhile Mous if you are reading this please send me a refund for the case and the postage cost I paid for next day delivery UPDATE Thank you for your reply I have checked my spam folder and there is no reply I appreciate you now dealing with my query and look forward to hearing from you

Complete scam and fraud - They don t even deliver the product

They don t even deliver the product Selling wildly over priced phone cases I ordered one a week ago and nothing has been delivered Customer service came back with a pointless generic answer that says nothing Selling phone cases at Apple prices but with worse customer service than anyone If you want to return - good luck They have no easy returns process you have to email them wait a week and then pay for the return yourself anyway Terrible company terrible products complete scam

Not what they claimed

I got the MagSafe Compatible Walnut Phone Case - Limitless 5 0 for my Pixel 7 pro my phone fell and unfortunately it damaged the screen on the side there is no crack but there is damage to the display as it shows 3 green lines I guess the adverts they do are misleading Bad experience so far

Poor product Worse customer service

Used to be good But now poor I have bought 2 cases for my iPhone 15 pro max First is a fingerprint magnet and scratched easily Mous won t refund or accept return on this as it s outside of 14 days Clarity case 2 Again scratched easily They will refund this as it s within 14 days But I have to pay the postage Mous cases are expensive and premium Extremely poor service They ve lost a customer Oh a now to top it all They don t even see fit to let me know they ve received my return Terrible company overpriced poor products and terrible customer service

3 weeks and still No update No backpack

Dear MOUSOn the 24th of November I ordered the following item EU-380428 Extreme Commuter 25 liters Backpack with lid We are now on 3 weeks and still NO BACKPACK NO UPDATES the order has been sitting with DPD since the 5th of December And if I get an update it s a scriped reply and then silence I LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS But YOUR Customer Service is a F g Joke One thing i know is that I will not get my backpack before the 18th Please stop waisting money on commercials invest in your Customer Service 17-12-2023 Update Just got an update from MOUS after 3 weeks I need to be patience because DPD needs 7 days to look into the matter Really MOUS this no longer a bad joke This has become a true show And it seems im not the only one

I ve ordered the backpack on 25-11

I ve ordered the backpack on 25-11 DPD tracking says it s on it s way back to Mous I emailed and had to wait for 3 days for an answer They told me to send a replacement this one also shows it s on it s way back to Mous Contacted again they told me again to confirm my shipping address etc I did this and asked if they could use a different shipper Now they won t even reply anymore

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service Stunts are great to watch but the company can t deliver the items ordered I ordered several cases over a week ago which has not even been given to the courier yet Very poor customer service - no telephone no to call and no one replies to the emails sent I have no recourse but to cancel the credit card transaction at my end This is an update to my original post A senior support team member did reach out promising express shipment However nothing has been done for 2 days This is becoming a joke now I have requested for a refund my money Do not buy anything from this company- their customer service is a non existent
