Never go back to another brand

I am using a mouse case for my last two iPhones and I love it The cases are high quality and good looking and most important they have protected my phone very well No more screen repairs My first case is 4 years old and still in use by my son The edge of my second case did slowly become lose after 1 5 years After showing this to Mous they send me a new case right away To me this shows their service is just as good as their cases

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service Zero complaints on my end They replied super fast and resolved my issue very quickly I m surprised On top of that you feel like you re actually speaking to someone kind and helpful rather than someone who couldn t care less

Extreme Consumer

I saw the Youtube videos on Mous bags falling out of high-rises protecting gear and thought that was cool But I bought a 17 Wacom display tablet and needed a quality large backpack I bought the 25L bag from Mous and was amazed at the quality I liked it SO MUCH that I just bought a 18L similar bag from Mous My new favorite quality company

Thank you so much for the good help with my case I had an issue with my case that it didn t protect my camera completely since I got the new iPhone 15 pro max case super early told them about the issue and they offered me instantaneous to have it replaced Thank you for your service

Warranty claim

Had a product to exchange under warranty as the original failed randomly Lara was brilliant with the warranty process and a replacement was sent within days could not be happier Thanks Mous

Jenny was very understanding and helpful As soon as she was able to get to my request the issue was resolved within a half hour or so Customer Service is generally known to be a nightmare but not here

Better service than most

I had a problem with my phone cover three years after I purchased it from Mous and I reached out to see if there was any solution True to their previous excellent form they responded positively and even offered to replace my cover with a new one - even covering postage to Australia I ve always had a positive experience with Mous they actually do care about customers where many others companies only say they do Top marks Mous

Contacted Mous when my iPhone case

Contacted Mous when my iPhone case stated should not be used within 4 inches of a pacemaker note dropped out of the box I was concerned about this but the company gave me a returns number to send the case back and then refunded the monies to my account That s Customer service Thank you
