Oh my gosh Red Kite don t like getting
Oh my gosh Red Kite don t like getting back to you about anything We have been waiting since December for someone to get back to us about our CCTV Our next door neighour has a camera sat on there bedroom window legde facing straight into our front garden It clearly say s on red kite s web site says that all camera s have to be fixed properly to a wall So why is my next door neighour getting away with it are red kite taking a back hander from them so they can do what they want No matter what my next door neighour dose red kite turn a blind eye We have had three people from red kite to come and check our camera s but no one have checked next door s so why is that

If I could give zero I would NIGHTMARE
If I could give zero I would If your thinking of renting or shared ownership with red kite I would advise you to avoid them like the plauge they are very bad Left my house in a state of disrepair for 3 months left me without heating for over a month Fail to respond even to formal complaints withing the given timescale Staff don t know how to do there jobs as they havent been trained and there is a serious lack of any type of customer service skills with zero continuity One member of staff imparticular was very sexist towards me how would I possibly know anything because I m a woman and leave it to the men reported this to red kite they wernt in the slightest bit intrested in this I have a roof leak reported moths ago that nothing has been done about tiles falling of the bathroom wall again reported months ago my back gate is 10 inches of the ground but I m the only person on the development with this issue but have been told this isnt a problem I was promised a shed when I moved In in December last year I m still no closer to getting one The whole experience is extremely poor
