Recently a relative of mine who lived at 101 Stamford Road in Handsworth died suddenly and unexpectedly Then I made contact with Mr Abdul Aziz at Midland Heart Housing association the company who owned my relative s house Mr Aziz was very professional empathic respectful and helpful He was the central figure who assisted and supported me to efficiently conclude some of my relative s outstanding affairs I remember thinking at the time that Mr Aziz is an excellent role model for the staff at Midland Heart and that the Company should seriously consider promoting him to Management level or appoint him as a Training Officer for staff Thank you Mr Aziz for all your help and support which is very much appreciated and greatly valued Other members of staff at Midland Heart who helped me during this time were Kyle East Carmel and Paresh who all provided an excellent service and whose conduct throughout was exemplary My sincere thanks to you all Signed Zygmunt David Gazdecki
