I initially didn t have a great experience with MYOB and the follow ups however after deciding to lock in a call with a consultant - Aishwarya it has been a pleasant experience From the start to the end she walked me through each step very patiently Although we have not yet solved the issue the care she took throughout the consultation left me feeling very positive of an outcome She made sure i received each every email before ending the call Aishwarya s customer service is what the industry standard should be Thank you for your help and patience

Ash got in contact with me to let me know of product changes that were going to effect my business She was very helpful in explaining the process of what i needed to do and also offered lots of advice to make sure i received best value for money She then took the time to answer all of my questions and take me through aspects of MYOB that would benefit me- for example invoice templates layouts and reminders I am now going to be able to save time and use MYOB for all aspects of our business as we offer more than one service Thank you Ash for your patience as i had two unhappy toddlers needing my attention and your clear instructions
