The order was delivered late Couldn t receive gift on Friday only received it Monday morning Flowers weren t in good condition

Failure where it counts when they almost had it right

I cannot fault the service nor can I fault the ease at which I was able to place my order However the item on the brochure versus the item delivered and for the price paid Now that I can say I am most definitely not happy with A beautiful display of a flowering plant and what was gotten in reality was a single blooming flower with two buds about to bloom Disgusting Where is the quality control Dissappointed is a mild word for what I feel for this overcharge on an item ordered If I did not order the additional biltong I would have been ashamed to have put my name on the card Netflorist needs to up their game seroiusly to get better quality assurance in place

How is this South Africa s best online florist I m sure the products are lovely but the order site is a disaster Every time I reach the checkout I m told the chosen items are not available for delivery in the area I then called but the agent was so slow I had to hang up Going back to reliable Interflora

Order looked different in person

I felt robbed when the gift i had ordered arrived The image and description of the personalized journals stated that it would come in a glass box with a note from me the sender Instead the gift arrived wrapped in kaki paper with no note How disappointing Please be honest about your products

R799 for what looks like a store bought bouquet

I paid R799 plus a delivery fee to have a medium bouquet of flowers delivered to my sister-in-law who just lost her mum I have been told that R799 gets me 12 roses What the picture looks like on line is definitely NOT what she received There were only 10 roses in the bunch and it really looked like a supermarket bought bouquet of flowers I could have bought her a whole bunch more for R799 if I just asked a friend to do that for me They didn t even say who the flowers were from but my brother knew it was from me as I told him to expect it I don t believe in buying from these services anymore as its a rip off to say the least I have been a long time customer been disappointed a couple of times but this was the final straw No more NetFlorist

I placed 2 orders

I placed 2 orders One protea and roses the other a medium bouquet of roses to be sent to a hospital where my daughter had just had a baby They delivered a small bouquet of roses Protea arrangement was fine I sent a photo of the small rose bouquet They promised to correct it but delivered an identical protea arrangement I refused to accept it They also asked for the small rose bouquet to be returned In the end I asked for a refund for the difference between the price of a small to medium arrangement

There website is a completely bad

There website is a completely bad experience I used the widget for Johannesburg South and a list of all items available to be delivered the same day appeared Everytime I entered my card details to pay it said unable to deliver to the area for this day This started from 11am so all the options provided for same day delivered took me as far as paying to find out it doesn t get delivered I logged and enquiry and Noone is yet to assist They are truly a disappointment for same day delivery

Order not delivered and client informed on the day

If your order gets delivered then it will be great however I ordered 2 gifts to be sent as birthday surprises - the one arrived and the other one did not Netflorist sent me an email on the day the balloons were meant to be received - to say they are sorry but won t be able to supply them and offered me a credit What use is a Netflorist credit on the day when it s too late to send anything else I wouldn t recommend using them I gave them 2 stars only because the flowers arrived on time and were acceptable

Poor value for money

Very poorly designed website not very user friendly especially as I am ordering from another country The images do not reflect what is delivered Bad customer service and all-round poor value for money If I lived in South Africa there is NO way I would use or recommend NETFLORIST

False mother s day advertisement

I only wanted to purchase flowers for my mother Once at the checkout a pop up came up telling me if I purchase more than R500 00 a free chocolate would be added I proceeded to buy an additional item to get to the promotion Once the order was placed and delivered the promotional chocolate was not included When I contacted Netflorist they said firstly the order was not in Johannesburg after I queried the location that the delivery address falls within the Johannesburg region only then Netflorist said the additional item promotional chocolate I purchased was not part of the promotion I do feel the feedback from Netflorist led me into a false advertisement and lead me to buy more than what I wanted through the false advertisement popup This will be the last time I will ise Netflorist
