Lovely packaging very neat just not what I choose asked for the Coke bottle caddy and they sent the castle light bottles Didn t get my free chocolates

No Combo when combo was paid

Well guys I purchased a combo item flowers and chocolate for my mum The delivery was late after 5pm and only the flowers were delivered This is sad I am quietly disappointed

Flowers delivered only day after I ordered poor communication

I placed an order on 15 June at a few minutes past 8 in the morning for a friend of mine whose birthday it was that day The delivery was in Centurion at her office so not outlying and it was of a simple bunch of flowers At just after 13 00 I got notified that her flowers was out for delivery at which stage I notified her that something was on its way Just after 4 I called Netflorist since the office was about to close and was told that they were busy with the last deliveries I received no further communication She finally received her flowers on 16 June shortly after 11 I appreciate that you delivered it on a holiday but if you cannot make the promised same-day delivery I would at least like to be notified

Glass gallery looked great except whole was punched at the bottom instead of the top which made it impossible to hangI wish there were size guides online the gown was a bit bigger otherwise a great purchase

Please prioritize delivery for fresh food items

I ordered the cake on the 20th June for delivery date 22nd June according to the tracking the cake was collected by the driver at 06 58 am I called in the afternoon as I was worried that the cake has been in the delivery van for almost the whole day and I was told by your consultant that delivery time is up to 20 00 which didn t make sense for a cake that was collected first in the morning The cake was delivered shortly after my call before 16 00 however it could not be eaten immediately as it needed a fridge for the Icing and Chocolates to set I was not happy with this experience as I thought you prioritize food items to ensure that they get delivered as fresh as possible
