Ordered emprinte panties and bra wanted more than two panties but that s all was available in the size I wanted Bit disappointed but the underwear is beautiful and the colour is lovely

Helpful customer care

Very good ordering service but I was disappointed that only one of the bras that I ordered was available I ordered two the same I also had to ask about this as there was a note in with the one that was delivered but I got an email back immediately offering me an alternative colour When I declined and asked for a refund I got it immediately

After 3 months I was unhappy with one of the bras I d bought I sent photos of it and got a full refund after Ouh La La contacted the manufacturer The matter was dealt with really quickly and with excellent communication Other bras from them have been great Highly recommend this company
