Very bad experience

Bought an Engwe M-20 in JuneConditions I asked them to assemble the bike only for me to redo the job because everything was loose and mismatched Accessories I paid for a GPS tracker to later finding out that it is just a Bluetooth tracker so if it s out of the range of your phone you will never be able to see where the bike is if stolen I paid 69 Euros for this it s a Cholo that costs 25 Euros They told me that I would get a GPS by post for free but I bought the bike on the 8th of June and till now nothing has arrived to my house it s mid July Why Also I had to ask for my receipt since I paid half cash and half card The reason I paid half cash is because I sold something that day and I had cash with me to spend The receipt was just half the money I paid and it was not specified what I bought Very bad behaviour there Very unresponsive via WhatsApp they do respond only if they feel pressure I would strongly advise not to deal with them very strongly Ps the bike is starting to have problems with the gears it could be not their fault there but well EDIT I have never got any refund from them regarding the scam of the Bluetooth tracker These people are really dishonest they should deserve to be held accountable by law for false statements Shame on you guys

Above all no after-sales service

If I gave one star instead of zero it s because I did receive my order But everything else has been nothing but disappointment after disappointment Purchased in summer 2024 major issues started in September The bike is under a 2-year warranty The bike FatBike is of poor quality assembly with frequent issues brakes and above all no after-sales service No responsiveness sometimes weeks to get a reply no valid solutions offered a real letdown I even offered to pay despite the two-year warranty to have the bike repaired but received no response I made the purchase from Belgium and it s impossible to find a workshop here willing to service the bike and the after-sales team is unable to recommend anyone in Belgium I strongly advise against it P S Before you respond that my review is not valid because you couldn t verify the order here is my order number BESTEL 4235

Broken promises nonexistent customer service

Second experience unfortunately necessary and second disappointment After purchasing a Fatbike that quickly deteriorated and after many attempts to get help I ultimately had no choice but to order the necessary parts for the bike s repair directly from their website Order placed on October 27th with the promise that if the order was made before 11 PM it would be delivered the next day and to this day I still haven t received anything Worse yet no response to any of my emails seeking information So my experience has only gotten worse I can only advise against Voltfiets The worst part is feeling completely ignored such a lack of respect BESTEL 5564

Scammers I bought the bike and they send me used one Ignoring the messages and don t wanna change it Not recommended never buy from here

Love hate relationship

Waited 4 days for the bike to be delivered But the site said it should be delivered the next day I think if If I did not bug them everyday WhatsApp and Email then they would have delivered it even later I honestly thought they were scammers because of their response and the delivery time Another down side is that I ordered the bundle which included the alarm That not did arrive after I messaged them they said they will send me the GPS tracker instead as the alarm was not in stock and would be delivered the next day I am still waiting and without any track trace They could have indicated that on the site or even messaged me But I had to ask The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the bike was delivered in good condition no scratches The advise I would give to VoltFiets is that you need to change your website to not say Order before 2pm and get it delivered tomorrow You should know if you are too busy you should say 2 weeks so that people will know Also the communication was horrible So get more people in to focus only on that Also the bike was just handed to me not explaining how it works I had to figure it out myself Also if you think you will get the gashandle that is not included Might be because of laws but again that should also be indicated on the website or at least let the consumer decide if they want to put it on or not If you are planning to buy a bike from them and you are impatient I suggest you go directly to their shop as you will wait a few days for the bike to be delivered
