Decent pizza Delivery is a bit slow sometimes Hence only 4 5

Friendly staff great food great offers Website was a little difficult to use hence the loss of 1 star

I had a small issue with an order incorrect item and a missing item It wasn t resolved that night but the customer service reply was prompt polite and gave an alternative resolution that I was happy with

Staff was friendly They said about 10 to 15 minutes but it came out slightly quicker Pizza was delicious but could ve been cut slightly better Knots were also good but slightly greasy Other than those minor hiccups it was a great experience and I m willing to come back

I am writing this review based upon my most recent experience of the Bridge Street store in Northampton I placed my order at 5 17pm today and everything was going well until the delivery tracker said that my order had been delivered at 5 38pm - however this was not the case The order didn t arrive until 12 minutes later at 5 50pm I have ordered from this store on 11 different occasions over the last 8 months and the last 4 orders have always said delivered before it arrived Since this is now a regular occurrence I m now used to this but the first 2 times this happened I was very concerned and was minutes away from calling the store to tell them my order was never delivered Other than the unreliable delivery tracker the delivery person has always been friendly and the pizza has been piping hot and full of toppings Their website is very user-friendly and I like how they provide the option to pay using PayPal Overall I highly recommend Papa Johns

Fortunately I ve not had any major issues with my local store But what s the deal with their online tracker What s the point of having a tracker that doesn t even show the driver s live location Not rocket science just have a look at Domino s live tracker and start from there

the bread of the pizza is tasty Usually i wont eat the crust of a pizza however papa john s pizza is made of fresh dough And the price is reasonable with the deals First time for me to order this restaurant I choose special garlic dip with poppers but not like the taste Roasted chicken wings also taste good However the tracking info is slight faster It showed delivered so I panic for a second

Visited local Papa John s in Stoke Newington as their system crashed an I had to collect my pizza awaiting delivery 1hr They were very helpful and offered me a pizza and free drink despite the inconvenience for both parties When I queried refund payment they were happy to continue regardless Good outcome Busy and hardworking staff

Anna and the team at west norwood papa johns always very helpful when I order collect the pizzas Their pizzas sides have always been consistently good our teenagers enjoy them all Thank you

Great taste I was a regular customer However the menu has changed in the last few months with some pizzas no longer on the menu The Greek Pizza is no longer there as an example So sad I am now buying elsewhere This is a later edit I went elsewhere but unfortunately I couldn t find a better tasting pizza than Papajohns I am now ordering la carte toppings to make the greek pizza option I dearly love
