Service was quick However one of the items was not correct I ordered 3 Tetra Easycrystal C250 300 with active Carbon I received 2 Tetra Easycrystal C250 300 and 1 Tetra Easycrystal 250 300 without the active carbon Other than that it was a great service

Purchased a 10kg bag of Guinea pig food it was delivered very quickly however sadly it was out of date I emailed customer service who replied promptly and corrected the error by sending out more food Overall I am pleased with the speed and ease when using Petmania and their customer service

I can pick out what I want from the Petmania web sight read all about the suitably of what I want for example a chew toy for my 9 week old Goldern Reriver Pay for my item and wait for conformation when I can click and collect It couldn t be simpler Also the Petmania consumer line is excellent

Updated Review There has been an issue when it comes to my dogs microchipping A misunderstanding involving multiple employees that s spanned over a course of a few days A manager has contacted me to offer solutions offer apology and even went above and beyond by sending a gift for my new rescue pup I just want to acknowledge that I genuinely appreciate the support and help offered through the whole experience And at this point I would not hesitate to recommend Petmania East Point in Limerick to anyone

I only gave them 4 stars because I had to call to enquire about my order I was not informed when I was going to get it Some time after the phone call an email was sent telling me my order was going to be delivered that day The box arrived late that evening

Not Quite the Size Described

I have small cross bred terriers Previous medium bed purchases have proved to be a good size but not this time The sizings were somewhat exaggerated compared to reality I measured them which revealed a few centimetres short each of L W H Other than that the beds are OK save for the use of fine nylon plastic line on the tags most environmentally unfriendly very difficult for old fingers to remove Delivery by An Post was safe and prompt

An overall good experience with Petmania

I ordered from Petmania weeks ago I sent emails and left messages on their online portal and voicemails on their online ordering line and had no response However when I got through to their customer services they were extremely helpful and sorted everything out so alls well that ends well
