A new boiler fitted by Phoenix yesterday The engineers arrived promptly explained the work to be done and estimate of time to complete Their work was exemplary and when completed and the heating system fully tested to their satisfaction they removed the old boiler and then left everything clean and tidyI cannot rate them highly enough

Really impressed

Really impressed great customer service from the office and really friendly contractors who just get on with the works trying to keep the mess to a minimum We had a few teething problems after the installation but they were quick to get someone out to sort the problem Professional with honest advice It was a clear choice which company to choose when obtaining quotes Thanks

Brilliant experience with Phoenix

Brilliant experience with Phoenix We had a whilst new heating system The 2 engineers who came were professional on time polite and hard working The company followed up the work to check that we were happy The initial survey was excellent and the surveyor was brilliant at advising us on what we did didn t need Would recommend

Excellent service

I was contacted by Phoenix regarding a problem I had with my boiler and was given a 6hr window for someone to arrive Totally amazed that within the hour an Engineer arrived He was so polite and professional and fixed the problem immediately and also instructed me and made sure I knew what to do if the problem arose again I can t fault the Engineer andwas extremely pleased with the service I received from Phoenix 5

Very professional service

We had a boiler gas service done by phoenix on behalf of our housing associationThe gentleman that came was prompt polite tidy and very thoroughHe answered any questions and was courteous This company has always been good especially if called out of hours to help with an emergency

Great customer service

Great customer service I had a new boiler fitted from Phoenix and took out a 3 year annual service plan The engineer arrived on time for the appointment was friendly and did a good job

Quality workmanship

My boiler has just had it s 2nd yearly service and is running perfectly From installation right threw to this week the quality of work and professionalism has been top notch I went with Phoenix through a referral and haven t looked back I ll definitely be sticking with them fot any future work I may have I will definitely recommend them to anyone

Excellent service

Have had these guys out before for boiler servicing through housing association but today had an emergency so they had to be called out They sent a lovely guy who was friendly cheerful efficient professional Sorted it immediately Thank you young man you was brilliant Would definitely recommend them

First class company

First class company We were very impressed We changed our service maintenance company over for our boiler to Phenix Gas services After a member of our family highly recommended them to us Our engineer Andy was very polite friendly and hard working he replaced our magnetic filter system and serviced our boiler He even called back before leaving the area to check with me if my Mother 82 was please with the work he had done on our boiler He was very considerate We would highly recommend them Foursquare ST5 0SS
