Yet another company starting the spurious practice of having something on their website order pay for it wait for it then 3 days later get a refund with no explanation Got to then work out why Thanks for stealing my time

This company do a bad job at updating their online catalogue where they have no stock but allow you to order and pay first before they check whether the item is in stock In my opinion this isn t good enough and is quite amateurish I won t bother with this company again

My review starts at the till when I was trying to pay for my new power drill When I asked the cashier for a tester on the product little did I know what was about to unfold The cashier proceeds to ram the drill up my anus causing serious pain The cashier starts to state things like Do you like it like that and Want it faster Now I am a middle aged man and to say the least I was traumatised I will not be returning and I would advise everyone to do the same Thank you

Absolute joke ordered online to wrong address called to change address said was all good and recieve withing 2 days I then waiting and checked emails and received asking thaybi had to confirm again I called and confirmed then they Said they I have to respond to the email which I did they told me then is was okay then they told me it moght now be in stock I then later recover another email saying they need to no who s address it is so they can check been waiting over a week and then I just received I refund such a joke do jot use

Order 650 odd of power tools 4 days later received an email saying my money was going to be refunded as I am a 3rd party Been a while and I m still without refund Being a tradesmen I need my tools to earn a living waiting for my refund is impacting work load which in turn impacts cash flow I m not a wealthy man I only get by Speak to customer service and they are unhelpful and rude between the lines I pay for my items in full and it comes out instantly and they can t seem to clarify who I am why does this even matter Smells like a money scam to me Pay a little more money and save the agro Regards Chris

I ordered tool that was need on site within a day or two I paid for fast delivery today is the 5th days so far no delivery yet been received we purchasing a tools regularly using different suppliers this is the worst ever suppliers regards to the delivery they promised We order tools which sometimes needed to be received on promises we will never again use this suppliers this was the fist and last time to use

Been waiting a week for a lawnmower Every day I get a message from DPD saying delayed Wish I used a different company to order from now

I made an order three days on no update on the delivery time just to emails on the first day the order confirmation and the way the delivery works but still no delivery date

Wish I had had a look at reviews before I used them They have sent me out the complete wrong item I rang them up to report it and sort out a return and a refund The guy I spoke to on the phone was the rudest human I have ever spoke to me sarcastic and not apologetic or sorry at all he also found it funny that I do not own or have acsess to a computer aparrently everyone who buys online is ment to have a printer on hand to make up for for their own mistakes I am now 2 weeks out of pocket for an item I ordered but wasent even sent to them be told if their random item they have sent me is not in immaculate condition I won t get my money back Useless company it accept no responsibility for it s mistake it also offers no apologies or compensation for express delivery I paid For item again I have not received the right one Everyone can make mistakes and get things wrong but it how they deal with the mistakes and put them right They don t even recognise they made a mistake or let me job down Just want to phobb you off the phone as quick as possible Will never touch the company again
