No email sent when goods dispatched parcelforce didn t bother to ring doorbell but shoved box under caravan even though we were in

I bought a 54v DEWALT circular saw from you guys on Friday As my circular saw had broke on the same Friday The parcel was sent to the address very quick Which was awasome I then came home to a 54v Chop saw worth at least 100 more than the saw I ordered Any other people wouldn t say anything and just sell the chop saw privately and then buy a circular saw again 100 in pocket But I informed you guys told you the situation of what s happened Which was fine But the fact that its Wednesday tomorrow and I still haven t got a circular saw to use to work now means I will have lost 4 days in total of of work Now I know it s not your problem but I want you to understand the inconvenience this has caused me

There was a stock check OK a credit check for 3 40 This all took time Then the P P was 5 75 much more than Royal Mail small parcel VAT on top including the p p Total for item costing 3 42 was 11 00It took 5 days This is only average service The p p included handling - so shops charge to serve you now Not very impressed

Communication from Power tools is excessive had over 10 messages in total about delivery most duplicate from PT and Royal Mail BTW Royal mail are useless was not going to be in when parcel was to be delivered so requested it be left with neighbour received confirmation of this but instead was left at Local Post Office which was closed by the time notifiaction came through

Best price I could find and happy with my Bosch bare impact driver Driver arrived in a cardboard box without any packing so the driver rattled around inside the box during delivery A bit of bubble wrap packing would have been appropriate Best price I could find though so I ll be checking them out again for future purchases

Delivery very quick everything intact It s just it wasn t what I ordered on the website I bought a wrench with charger and 2 5Ah batteries All came in the box but the batteries were 4Ah The invoice said 5Ah and there were 2 stamps saying it was checked by 2 people Clearly something went wrong Not a huge difference but disappointment nevertheless I needed it for next day so I didn t even raise it with power tools Either mistake on website or human error But all new and doing the job just fine so I m happy enough Next time I ll have to give myself enough time to return it in case of another mistake

Good service from yourselves But Parcel Force are appalling The driver never came to my house I got a text saying he had come and I was not in at 1430 Absolute lie I was in my lounge at that time and NoOne came No card was left I live in a cul-de-sac and my neighbor opposite was sat in his lounge and confirmed that no one had come I then had to ring them and chase around looking for my parcel Eventually found but what s the point of going to find your parcel yourself I will not buy from any company that uses parcel force again

I would have gave a better review but there was stock when I ordered but after I made order it took 3 to 4 days for to come back to me to say it was out of stock I am a bit unhappy for not very easy to cancel order

Would of love to have given you 5 stars but your security phone call and the fact you never bothered to answer my call backs and then questioned me as to whether I had the correct telephone number which you left on voicemail was insulting The only reason why I m giving 3 stars and not 1 is you tried to put it right with next day delivery The price was excellent but not sure I would use again if I m honest especially if I needed something in a hurry update to your reply Because of the way you have replied like everyone else that has not been happy with your service you have made my mind up now that I will NEVER deal with you again you try to justify yourselves with trying to manipulate the truth Me leaving messages I said you never answered my callbacks ie you never pick up the phone Oh well your loss as I ve just ordered a 800 saw from axminster tools with no trouble what so ever

Great product terrible delivery service I purchased 2 x makita 4ah batteries at a very good price The only grumble unfortunately was the delivery courier service APC having received a message to let them know a preferred delivery destination I put down deliver to a neighbour which was agreed acknowledged it was totally discarded the package was delivered to a post office a mile away which was a very inconvenient to pick up because of my work hours and not getting home before the post office was open until I had to take an early day to go and collect at my expense Really annoying Delivery service not great don t ask for a preferred destination for delivery and then totally ignore it
