helpful advice on the phone good service

had been searching for a PUDDLE PUMP for the garden for a while I came across this firm and there appeared to be a good product at a reasonable price I phoned up told the chap what I needed it for and he told me that what i was looking at wasn t suitable but pointed me to something else a kit including pump hose and box or crate to set the pump into I ordered the product online and it arrived free of delivery charges Only one gripe is that the courier sent an email and text saying it would be delivered on Monday I stayed at home and it never came no warning at all Next day they sent a text to say it was coming then But packaging and the product itself was all good

Got the exact pump I wanted within 24 hrs without paying extra for a quick delivery It was the best price that I could find during an internet search When I spoke with staff at the company they were extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to The pump arrived very well packaged and overall I can t recommend this company enough

Expansion vessel I placed a order online for a Expansion vessel and received a telephone call 25 minutes later to explain that they were waiting on my size of tank coming it to them offering apologies and would dispatch as soon as they received then in My order was placed on the Tues afternoon and was delivered to me on the Sat morning 1st class service can t ask for more

Appreciated the phone call to tell me the item was currently out of stock but would be in the following week Even so the delivery was prompt and I was informed exactlt when it would arrive

Disappointing customer service

Ordered next day delivery and said they would let me know whether am or pm and then didn t Once the pump was in the courier s hands they effectively didn t want anything to do with the order When the courier didn t leave the delivery because they thought nobody was in they could have gone down the side passage to the garden to find the landscaper there they didn t offer to contact the courier again concerning re-delivery They had sounded very helpful on the phone when another supplier let me down but once they had my money they turned out not to be so Very disappointed
