I bought a pair of sunglasses from sunglasses but 5 years ago and they were Ray Bans I loved them they were and still are my all time favorite sunglasses I unfortunately lost them and reached out to Ray bans customer service to see if they could help me figure out which pair I had I sent a picture of me wearing them and their suggestion was exactly what I was thinking they were too Then they kindly offered me 30 off but the code did not work when I tried it a couple of days later I reached out again and was given another 30 off with no questions It was a simple great experience The day I was to receive my new pair I found my old ones Isn t that how it always works Either way I still decided to keep the new pair - just in case I appreciate the support from ray ban it was a friendly kind human change of pace

Great pair of Ray Ban Smart Glasses

The smart glasses were originally out of stock but I received an email letting me know they were available once again I appreciated seeing an estimated time of delivery for them The glasses shipped same day and arrived sooner than the estimated time of delivery I couldn t be happier with the overall shopping experience These glasses are great The overall sound of from the speakers and the camera are much better than I expected The app is easy to use Can t wait for more AI capabilities The battery life could be better I get 2 5-4hrs on average with my type of use but I can t expect phone laptop type of battery life in such a small package as these smart glasses
