I seriously recommend Rent Hero s services I had help from Alex and Mads and was able to reduce my rent via settlement from 8000dkk to 3500dkk in the span of a few weeks Because it was within the first year of the contract I was able to get all the overcharged money back including overcharged deposit They handled all the communication and negotiation with the landlord It took a couple of rounds of emails before they got to an agreement on the final value and they advised me along the way everytime I had to make a decision They charge a fair price and will adjust it if the rent deduction is lower than expected Thank you you truly are heros

Super helpful all the way through the successful process

We won a case against inflated rent and got our full deposit back We had a mould issue in the apartment and were looking for help online that is how we actually found out that our rent should be lower Guys from Rent Hero helped us all the way with every aspect in connection to the case They were very helpful and patient as the case was a bit more complex than the usual rent reduction It is very sad and unfair that some landlords use the lack of knowledge of the expats in Copenhagen So I strongly advise to look into your rental and use the help of Rent Hero

Great service very professional and kind

Very professional and result oriented

I contacted Alex and Mads to discuss about a rent reduction for the apartment i rent They were both very knowledgeable around the topic and very quick on their responses After evaluating the case and contacting the landlord they manage to get a deal for 30 reduced rent and get back all the excess rent i have already paid in the past

Really great experience fast service

We had a really nice experience with RentHero guys Alex and Mads who helped us to fight with injustice and get back the remaining of our deposit The amount our former landlord owed us wasn t so large so I didn t even expect them to take the case but they did it straight away Our former landlord didn t want to give up so RentHero guys gathered all the proof took the case to house of tenants and after few months landlord was forced to return us the whole amount plus interest This is so great we will definitely recommend Rent Hero to our friends who also rent their accommodations from private landlords

Our experience with Rent hero was great

Our experience with Rent hero was great through the whole process and we have nothing but good words to say about them It took our former landlord more than two months to give us back the apartment deposit When he finally decided to proceed he only wanted to pay a part of it and make us pay what we considered an abusive amount of money for painting and sand the floor Rent hero and Alex in particular kindly advised how to proceed under the circumstances and they were able to quickly get our money back Alex was really fast answering our emails and always very honest and explanatory Thank you very much for helping us We are very grateful and we recommend any expat or other person with a similar issue to contact rent hero

Rent hero overly exceeded our

Rent hero overly exceeded our expectations We knew our rent was too expansive and we had a deal which wasn t fair at all but we didn t know what we re our rights and how we could fix the situation We took a call with Rent Hero where they guided us through the process and explained how they could help us We accepted their help but to be honest we expected to get news after months Within a week of starting the case we already had a first offer from the landlord which Rent Hero manage to negotiate and get an increase And finally after a few days we got the full money back in our bank account Rent Hero provides a transparent and efficient service plus having great customer service mindset I can only recommend it and without any doubts I would use their service again

The whole process has been completely clear hassle free and successful I recommend anyone to check their apartment rental payment and let RentHero take care of the rest Alex and Mads always made sure to check if I had any additional questions or needed clarification and were always willing to take a call

I am extremely satisfied with Rent Hero I didn t have to do a single thing Alex and Mads took care of everything made sure I was comfortable on every step of the process and most importantly managed to reduce my rent by 50 and get back the overpaid amount from all previous months In total 45000 DKK I couldn t recommend Rent Hero more
