Good balance between the price and the level of services

Hello everyone It was really pleasant to be a client of Reykjavik Cars I chose the car and booked it online I communicated with Mikky and all procedures went very smoothly I booked a 4x4 of 2008 and the auto was in a very good condition I had no problems with it during the whole trip Moreover I took the car from the Keflavik airport and dropped it off there too so I didn t have to pay for a shuttle bus or a taxi I think that there is a good balance of paid money the level of service and the condition of a car To cut it short I would surely rent from them again

Car rental august 2016

I had a very positive experience with Reykjavik Cars Best price no waiting time for pick-up and return of the car no surprise at the cost nor any long list of proposal of elements to be added to my booking I want to point out 2 elements which are not too frequent with car rental companies First I had a loose element on the car and when I went to Reykjavik Cars they fixed it immediately by taking care of the car Not a single question on where the loose element came from nor any question about paying a part of it The 2nd was when we returned the car I had not been able to find a pump station open we returned the car in the middle of the night on the way to the airport to fill the tank When I indicated that to the reykjavik cars agent he indicated me a pump station just around the corner and told me that it would be much cheaper for me to do it by myself Many other companies would have taken the money

I was nervous when i booked because they were a lot cheaper than many of the other companies on line and were not based at the airport My worries were un-founded They were waiting for me at the airport the journey to the office took less than 5 mins The car was new clean and had zero issues The staff were friendly and they got me in my car and away very quickly Return was just as quick and easy Wouldn t consider going with anyone else

I had a good experience with Reykjav k Cars in June 2019 Had a totally pre-paid car booking VADS2126 All went well we had an excellent trip with our Duster for a week So when we planned our new trip to Iceland in 2020 whe didn t think too much and chose Reykjav k Cars again In February 2020 we ve made a 15 payment 21059 ISK to Reykjav k Cars and 85 payment 119331 ISK to Lava CarRental - manager from Rekjavik Cars sent us a direct link to make a full payment Our booking is VADS5304 Then all this covid situation started going on Our trip and booking were from June 24th till July 5th There were no flights from Russia borders were totally closed As they are even now in August Reykjavik Cars returned us all our money Thats very nice of you due to all this complicated situation it took some time but all is good now Hope next summer will be more kind to travellers Already miss Iceland so much We look only towards your services in Iceland
