Telephone was answered quickly I wasn t kept waiting listening to music Riviera Travel representative was very helpful and informative I had already looked online and found the holiday but I decided to book by phone as I had a few questions I haven t booked with the company before but I was made to feel like a valued customer

I have booked with Riviera a few times now and have always found my dealings with the company and its agents positive Agents are always helpful and well informed to guide one through the booking process

The young lady I spoke to - Elaine - was really helpful I started off with very vague requirements which she helped me navigate and then gave me some helpful personal advice on the places to visit

Just booked 2 river cruises for next year Really appreciated being able to book on the phone as I was able to ask questions along the way which is not an option when booking online Gemma was very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer

My sister booked a tour holiday then asked if we wanted to join her The very helpful telephone assistant told my sister there were only 2 spaces left and held them for me until the end of the day The booking was very easy and she answered my multitude of questions with patience I m impressed

Super 5 days on Geoffrey Chaucer Food superb staff very friendly and helpful trips very well organised Only criticism being that maybe too much was fitted in I could have spent a whole day in the tulip garden for example It was y first experience of river cruising and I am sure I will go again
