Anais payne has been a great help with helping me and my partner secure our flat She s very quick to answer any questions we ve had We have been with romans since September last year they have always been professional and helpful

Have been using Romans for over 17

Have been using Romans for over 17 years and have in general found them easy to work and most importantly they have always have tenants ready to move in when the previous tenant leaves For me the star at Romans is Kimberley Garcia Jones who is always quick to reply to emails and sorts out issues quickly

Responsive thoughtful and efficient help

I have had excellent help from Kim Stockley from Romans She is responsive efficient empathetic and caring and has been such a help in getting us settled in the house we are renting and managing the relationship between tenant and landlord Thanks so much Kim

Pretty good all round

Ongoing communications with the agent I deal with Donna Marie Brant are efficient and courteous She keeps me informed and replies to my emails or calls in short order If I m ever frustrated it s usually down to a maintenance or tenant issue not the service I m receiving so generally happy with the service

My partner and myself are first time buyers so the whole process was really daunting but Mia made us feel so at ease and really helped with everything Our move manager Hannah was great and always gave us updates when we weren t always finding out the answers we wanted to

Service depends on who you get

Service depends on who you get Overall the consultants I came in touch with were friendly However most comms are dealt with via email and it was very hard to reach the right people for a quick phone conversation I think service would be better improved if clients were able to actually speak to someone as sometimes emailing and awaiting a response can ruin a good relationship

Positive experience with management agent

I was recently a tenant in a property that was managed by Romans Unfortunately at the end of tenancy there was a dispute regarding the deposit between landlord and myself Isabella York who managed property supported me through this all the way to the end result Isabella is professional knowledgeable in her field of practice She explained the process which went all the way to the adjudicator and kept me updated If I emailed or called she would return my calls messages when she could I had never been through this process which was quite stressful at times but Isabella was reassuring to me regarding the stages we went through Thank you

I have been a landlord for many years ans since Romans have taken over managing the property Kimberley Garcia Jones has been the property manager She has always been very responsive to issues ensuring that they are speedily resolved Well done Kimberley The contractors used are generally of good quality but can be expensive so Romans should try to get equally good tradesmen on board that are more cost effective - there are many out there Hence 4 stars not 5

We have let several properties in the past couple of months through Romans in Clifton Village and found good tenants Taylor was always straightforward and helpful in sorting out any issues I would recommend Taylor
