We are both very pleased with the service provided by Romans and in particular Mark Porter who initially came to the house to access the rental value and continued to always kept us up to date with viewings as well has help with the tenancy agreement He also secured a professional tenant for us within the first week of marketing our property

5 stars through and through Romans Wokingham have provided exceptional service throughout the purchase of our property From viewing right through to completion we have been so thankful to have had Romans as our estate agent Our move manager Catherine McNicholas has truly been incredible We have been able to contact her with anything we ve needed help with and she has always responded so quickly with all the information we need The inevitable complications throughout the process have been made so much easier simply by Catherine explaining them in such a way that we could properly understand and deal with the issue at hand We couldn t have done it without her I would 100 purchase sell through Romans in the future
