Absolutely appalling experience from

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish over 3 weeks for delivery Due to late arrival i missed my sons birthday so then have gone through the pain of returning and trying to get a refund I shipped the item back using their service which arrived within 3 days i am now 3 weeks on and still waiting for the refund payment I have managed to get through to their customer service nut just get brushed off and told i need to wait a few more days for the refund never again

I don t know what s happened to shop

I don t know what s happened to shop disney lately but I won t be using them anymore I have been a regular customer for years but the last few months things have changed for the worse Placed an order on 7 11 and still not received it Shows as processing online and that hasn t changed since placing the order Delivery is an absolute joke at the moment that and them randomly cancelling orders with no explanation Shocking service

Delivery date is if they feel like it

Ordered with a 1 week expected date 10 days later it still hasn t been shipped I rang customer service and got some bull about an ongoing problem and when I said oh so expected delivery idls if you feel like it the assistant said yeah pretty much I haven t normally had any issues but I find it hard to believe it takes 10 days to put 3 items in a box and add a postage label

Absolutley awful experience with shop

Absolutley awful experience with shop Disney Ordered 2 items for Christmas gifts on Black Friday using some great discount codes I only receive half the order 2 weeks later even though I paid 3 99 for delivery I ring up and they say don t worry the other half will be coming on Friday Friday comes and goes without any communication so I go onto the website this morning and Disney have cancelled the second half of the order with no communication I spend 45 mins on hold to Disney help line and they said it s been cancelled and there s nothing more they can do apart from give me a free delivery code They can t honour the prices from Black Friday either Absolutely shocking customer service

No communication

No communication did receive my parcels after 3 weeks one was seperated into 2 parcels but wasn t told they only arrived after sending multiple emails it s as if they forgot about my order Yet they didn t reply to these emails anyway I shop from Disney every Christmas and I ve never experienced this before I won t be returning eventhough the products were lovely

Delayed order Stuck at processing and not shipped Avoid Disney at all costs

I wish Id seen these reviews My items are not being shipped despite being ordered last month Live chat and disney call centre just say the same thing Take a look at their social media for hundreds of the same complaint Its actually ridiculous and the company now needs reporting No items are being shipped out yet their advertising them and discounting them An absolute joke Cant get a refund either I want my money back

Cancelled order after 5 days

Similar to others ordered large Lego set for Christmas present on 20 November 2023 5 days later the day after Black Friday where I could have picked up other offers I get an e mail saying we made a Boo They cancelled the order due to their system freaking out Useless

Total Stitch Up

Placed an order for a Stitch plush toy on 10 12 23 with an ETA of 5 to 8 days On 29 12 23 realised that the expected delivery fate had passed and checked on the website for tracking info Order had been cancelled with no notification sent to me and no reason given Prices were advertised as better than retail stores but at least when I then went to Smythes they had plenty of stock of the same item Xmas is saved Thanks Smythes and I will never order from shopDisney com again

Now a scam site

I ve bought from shop Disney before and it s been ok but still waiting for an order from 21st October which was a gift for a birthday that has been and gone Live chat absolutely useless no reply to complaint and it s impossible to speak to anyone so will have to do a chargeback I don t think it s a genuine website anymore although not sure what s happened

Happy Outcome now

Edit 15 12 Reordered on 14th 25 discount available Item received today Happy with this Ordered two items with 30 discount one item received and the other cancelled and refunded with no reason why The cancelled item is available at full price Been trying to speak with live chat but the line disconnects repeatedly and I m back to position 21 Live Chat offline now Very shabby service from Disney not what you expect from them
