Now have to buy backup Christmas gifts I have yet to receive even one of the 5 items ordered as Christmas gifts Luckily 3 of the five were more stocking stuffer type things for my kids but 2 were the only gifts I have for my sister I have no idea what is actually going on with my order as I received an email last night that one thing was now out of stock and I wouldn t be getting but another email sent said it was shipped along with one other item of the five When I log in to the site to check my order status I only see one item as already being shipped and the rest stuck in processing Doubt I will ever order from here again Very disappointing

Horrible customer service After being on hold for hours because my bank statement said I paid twice They told me they see no payments Everytime I called customer service i got a different answer on the status of my order I received my order 4 weeks later

Followed their guidance on how to decide what size adult mask to buy Beware it s inaccurate because it doesn t take into account that the ear straps do not stretch much They are fabric with no stretch Their policy does not allow for any exchange or refund if the package is already opened Well how would I know if the masks fit unless I open the package Chalk it up to never again shopdisney com with such a ridiculous return exchange policy The silver lining is that I am donating the masks

I have become completely disillusioned with ShopDisney co uk over the course of the past few orders placed with them First of these orders placed on 7 11 2023 aka Toy Tuesday most items came in albeit in separate packages and later than the expected delivery date bar one the Classic Winnie The Pooh bear valued at 26 99 but with 25 discount cost 20 24 It never came in but I received an e-mail to say that I was getting a refund for it and when I checked the order it was just Cancelled I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it had been sold out but it s still showing as available on the website to this day As it wasn t really required I bought it on a whim I did not complain Second order placed on 17 11 2023 I ordered 3 items one item promotional gift came in fairly quickly the other two items took ages - I had actually started to think they were going the same way as Winnie and was beginning to panic but to be fair they did eventually arrive The third order was placed on the 20th November and there was a promotional offer of a free item if I spent over 75 I chose the Saludos Amigos Christmas Tree Decoration My order came in on 30 11 2023 but it appears the promotional item has been cancelled To be clear this item is still available for sale on the website at a reduced price of 11 valued at 22 at time of my order Given my previous experience with the Winnie The Pooh bear I phoned ShopDisney Customer Service to enquire about cancellations just for my own curiosity At this stage I was relieved to receive my order of Disney Castle Lego set as it is for a Christmas present and I shouldn t be concerned about the free promotional item but it s just really annoying When I phoned the lady on the phone advised that the Saludos Amigos ornament is out of stock hence the cancellation and that the website takes some time to update stock shortages She also advised that the item is now half price they can offer me free delivery if I order it again But where would be the point of ordering an item if it is out of stock and why would I pay for it when I should have received it for free She did say that if I ordered it and it came in I could possibly reach out to Customer Services again to see if they could work something out but it s not guaranteed I just received the Free Delivery code today and checked the website - the Saludos Amigos decoration is still showing as being available to order which is a joke All I can say is that apparently stock updates from Warehouse to Website are non-existent and if so ShopDisney seriously needs an overhaul especially as most physical stores are now closed down It s sad because before November I would have said that I was really happy with ShopDisney hence reason for 2 stars rather than the 1 I was initially going to leave but their technology needs a serious overhaul especially as the technical issue at the Warehouse is still ongoing after a month

Your customer service on shopdisney is absolutely terrible You were rude unkind and everything Disney does not want you to be

Ordered a set of 2 toys 1 got cancelled no explanation But it s still for sale on the website No response to emails yet

I m an avid disney lover and have ordered plenty of times in the past with no issues Preferred the store but now they ve closed them all down I spent quite a lot of money last week on their store and got standard 5 day delivery They sent the order out the same day Unfortunately it was via Hermes and looking into this they ONLY use Hermes unless it s a partner product Hermes lost my order and somehow it got lost between Hermes depot and the van to get my order So I never got my order The reason I give Disney 2 stars is because their refund process is quick and their products are usually of high quality However I will genuinely and unfortunately for myself and my son never shop with them again until they get rid of Hermes Might not be Disney s fault that my parcel got lost but it is ultimately at their feet because they clearly have a contract with the most useless company in the UK Please Disney sort it out

Same issues that others have outlined The Disney store is adamant about using Hermes Evri to make their deliveries however this company has lost damaged and stolen so many of my orders at this point that I may need to stop ordering from them until they address it

I know most reviews are about shopdisneyuk but mine s about shopdisneyeu Which they founded after the Brexit I m so so disappointed in shopdisneyeu Their customer service is horrible they don t help you at all they absolutely lack at their communication it s insane for a company as big as Disney that shopdisneyeu does not have a lot of Disney merchandise Star Wars and Marvel merchandise keeps being sold out because they do not restock I ordered the Captain America toybox and it arrived damaged It seemed like they forgot to paint the star on his chest It looked terrible Also the box in which it arrived was so badly packaged Almost if someone got very mad and decided to throw some punches at the box I will stop buying there I know it doesn t make much of a difference but to me this is just terrible Your shop nd your customer service absolutely do not show what Disney stands for

Can not fault the store but I must warn everyone about the delivery from hermes Even though we was in the Hermes delivery driver did not knock the door and threw the package of soft toys over the fence into a puddle Then sent a email saying it had been delivered
