Ordered my item last Thursday I think and it arrived today via Hermes I was kept updated every step of the way very pleased

Eerlijk gezegd had ik schrik mijn pakketje niet of maanden later pas te ontvangen door alle negatieve revieuws van Hermes Hun Tracking kan veel beter want er staat nog steeds We got it Je kan dus geen internationaal pakket traceren Vermoedelijk leveringsdatum was vandaag en Bpost heeft dit netjes vandaag geleverd en alles zat er in Ik heb veel geld bespaard door op de UK site te bestellen ipv op de FR site Maar ik zou er niets breekbaar bestellen want mijn doos was een beetje beschadigd en dus niet zachtjes behandeld Honestely I was a bit worried when I read all the negative reviews about Hermes Their tracking could be better because it still says We got it You re unable to track an international package EDT was today and today Bpost Belgium deliverd it and everything was in my package I saved a lot of money by ordering from the UK shop instead of the FR shop but wouldn t order anything fragile because my box is a bit damaged so not handled very carefully

Oh my goodness look at all these bad reviews -OWell in my experience all i can do is praise Disney store up i have made the odd order over the past few years nothing major just small items But this month i have made 3 large orders 1st order placed during the afternoon 2nd order was placed same day during the evening both orders came within a few days in perfect condition everything in the box s that was suppose to be in them so placed my 3rd order this one being the largest order and again within a few days my parcel arrived everything perfect cant complain and i will be having some very happy grandchildren on christmas day i get more excited than they do if truth be told lol So all in all i would deffo recommend ShopDisney co uk and will deffo be making more purchases from them i have 17 grandchildren to buy for expensive but Love Love Love Disney

I must firstly start with saying that after reading other reviews on this company I was quite surprised My experience with this company however was excellent Ordered four adult onesies 2 days after ordering they arrived promptly Super fast delivery Well packaged lovely items Excellent quality and the order update system is excellent Was always informed via email regarding my order status whereabouts etc It seems other reviewers don t rate this company too highly In my experience The service I received was second to none Excellent all round Very No quibbles here would definitely use again And would recommend also reflecting my online shopping experience with these guys which was perfect Therefore 5 Stars from me Shopdisney

Always a brilliant service from Disney Any replacements within 48 hours of reporting - fast delivery even for personalised products - super quick at refunds usually received within 48 hours I probably spend between 20- 150 with them every couple of months as they are always bringing new stitch products to the website and as we no longer have a Disney Store here in Hull I always have to resort to online purchases However it would be even better if they did a yearly free delivery service like others offer online such as paying 14 99 for free delivery all year round I would be ordering a lot more if this was the case

I really enjoyed ordering from shopdisney and the customer service was very helpful the only problem I have is they use Hermes for the courier and you are taking a chance if you are even going to receive the parcel or the Hermes courier is going to nick it

Last week I ordered a Woody doll for my son s birthday It was my first purchase on shopdisney Shortly after I read the trustpilot reviews and got worried as they seem mostly negative My order was received today I live in the Netherlands just one day later than the estimated delivery date though we do live in covid times It was well packaged and I am pleased with the ordering experience Perhaps people are used to next day delivery on Amazon etc and complaining well before their goods arrive Anyhow I was happy with the service and would definitely order via them again

My parcel never came So I contacted disney who quicly wrote me back they kept me updated the whole as they tried to locate my order They then made a new order with the same items I had purchased sadly a pyjamas I had ordered was now sold out so I got to pick another item for 3 extra for free I have now recieved my parcel and they even put 4 back on my account I found the staff to be friendly and they responded quickly I will for sure shop at this site agin
