Well I can understand the bad reviews
Well I can understand the bad reviews as Customer service depends on who you get dealing with your issue I ordered several items some of which were personalised I realised immediately a spelling error but could not contact them until the next morning Was told order had already gone but they would get in touch with the department and it would take a couple of hours to get back to me then got disconnected from the chat So got connected again to a different advisor who amended the order and assured me it would be correct which indeed it was when it arrived However another item was missing the personalisation I had to send a photo but they then said they could not replace it as the item was out of stock and they could only refund for the item After much discussion I asked if they could replace it when they came back in stock Eventually they told me to contact them again when it was back in stock I had to look everyday When it did come back in stock I contacted them immediately and they agreed to send me one I was concerned as a couple of hours later it was out of stock again Thankfully it has arrived and I am grateful and pleased with everything I ordered but I must admit Customer service is very hit and miss when things go wrong
