Ordered some items nearly a month ago and realised immediately that I d ordered the wrong soft toy Lady instead of Tramp Immediately clicked on amend order link giving all details heard nothing emailed again and was told via the automated email that in order to amend you must do so within 30 mins of ordering I DID Anyway after waiting nearly a month got an email saying it s on its way no amendment was done despite several emails Waiting ages on the phone which tells you that the chat online is quicker the chat online is ALWAYS OFFLINE Come on Disney your customer service isn t fit for purpose You need to do better than this
