Purchased a limited edition Hocus Pocus

Purchased a limited edition Hocus Pocus doll and received a free Raya the last dragon doll that was selling for 17 at the time in store I d say it is worth 10 you cant complain about free Website is a wee bit slow and the layout does not make good use of space They do have a wishlist option so you can add items for future saves Disney uses a fancy inner printed logo box which looks pretty when opened but sadly is so thin Sadly they use Hermes as the only delivery option and the outer box was crushed with a hole on the bottom corner The limited edition doll was still factory sealed inside another brown box so thankfully the items were fine inside Items are as described and will be a wonderful display item The free doll will be give to my little one for her to play with

Great item shame about delivery

I ordered a Mickey Minnie Lego set and it arrived when it said it would Unfortunately the packaging for the item was far too big and flimsy and arrived opened to see the item inside Luckily the actual item was in pristine condition so no replacement was needed

Love ordering from ShopDisneyUK I must admit they do have issues with shipping but I think they are getting unfair criticism when the blame is on Hermes as thats who deliver the parcels Quality control seems to be a bit of an issue also so that definitely needs to be improved and looked at Otherwise lovely products easy to navigate website customer service friendly and good prices

You get the things you order however

You get the things you order however their stock is dreadful They have very few larger items and only ever up to 2xl and they only ever seem to have 5 2xl versions that sell out extremely fast This is ridiculous and needs to change I was waiting for a top to come into stock and literally within an hour of it being released it had already sold out of the larger sizes Definitely not happy

Awful service from call centre much better on Facebook

Awful service items obviously lost by the courier ordered mid October 5 phone calls later and lot of waiting still not resolved on 9th November they don t bother returning calls as promised and don t seem to want to refund replace Update 13 11 23 1 Month after order The shopDisney team on Facebook seemed a lot more professional and understanding than their call centre They offered a full refund replacement on the 12 11 23 and the refund appeared back in account the very next day not the usual 5-7 day wait hence a boost up to 3 stars from 1 star as they still have issues with the call centre managers never returning calls

Awful return experience

Awful return experience leaving me out of pocket Tracking clearly shows item is back with retailer over a month ago but as I can t show a paper receipt I used a locker I can t get my refund Scam really as they can sell the item again and make double the money Avoid Buy the items on amazon at least you are safe there Or if you do want to return them just sell on ebayUpdate Reached out to their Facebook and they very helpfully confirmed the return and refunded me Money received back in less than 24 hours of Facebook message Thank you Facebook team you need to teach the website chat team your tricks

I ve ordered about 3 times recently and all arrived in a week one was just over This last order had zero communication it was on its way I just had a email from EVRI The money randomly went back into my account a few days before delivery then went back out again I thought it had been cancelled so emailed them but I didn t get a response But it s arrived anyway It s put me off ordering again unless it s something that I really want that I wouldn t be able to get elsewhere

This would be 1 star but the rather good pricing has boosted the rating I was browsing the website adding items to my basket only to realise when I went to pay that one was missing from my basket It was definitely in there before Tried searching again for the product but couldn t find it Had to get my partner to find it on her device and turns out it had gone out of stock Why not just tell me this instead of removing it from my basket and hiding it Anyway I selected the notify me when back in stock option and a week later I got the email except it s now double the price and still out of stock Anyway I ended up making 2 orders for other things and was given a delivery date of 10 working days time This is pathetic for a company the size of Disney One of the items is still In Progress over 10 days later Only positive for the website is that the prices are much better than at the shops in Disneyland Paris

Not the usual service

I ve been ordering from shopdisney for years and service has always been great other than the fact they use Evri for deliveries but recently my experience like many others has been lacking the Disney magic I placed two orders in the last month and fully expected delays due to their notice online and the delivery times advised My first order arrived with a tiny delay which I was noticed of via email However my second order was cancelled on the final day it was expected for delivery due to the item being out of stock Went online and it was still in fact in stock and I managed to reorder it It seems that Disney may have been cancelling orders to get back on top at their warehouse as the item that was seemingly out of stock has been delivered today and this was only reordered on Monday Hope that shopdisney have now resolved whatever warehouse issue they had but they certainly should have been more transparent about the issues at hand and the reason for cancelling orders
