I had a problem with my order I called and spoke with Richard I just want to say that Richard is the best customer service representative I ve ever spoke with Richard idk if you ll ever see this but keep it up you re doing really good I called 800 328-0368 If someone at Shop Disney could please get ahold of Richard and let him know that Gavin says keep up the good work Costumer service legend
