Installation on time did not take long to install and connect Staff friendly and helpful and answered my questions However more communication with me on their day and time of arrival would have helped

Georgia was very polite friendly and up to date with the information she provided The resultant consult with Aiden was efficient friendly and displayed a good knowledge of the product Solar Panels He was on time for his appointment and presented well I have yet to see the true benefits of the Panels and await my next Bill The team who installed the panels were prompt efficient polite and friendly and displayed a good knowledge of the product they were installing

The year long journey to solar

Our experience with smart energy had been a somewhat checkered journey having taken almost a year to complete but this was due to the infancy of the company and many lessons learnt with staff still learning However If you have a lady call Bethany Andrews you stand a chance because it was only after eleven months when Bethany joined the company that things started to happen and she seems to have a better grasp on the value of communication within six weeks it was fitted checked completed and production of power started So all s good and would I use this company again Yes

I would highly recommend smart energy they do everything for you the installer was professional parts used were of high standard and they were only a phone call away if you had a question

Kerry Smart did an excellent job informing us of how the system works and the benifits Told us the system not the cheapest but highlighted the systems advantages without critising the other systems Thusly were able to make an informed decission and completely happy to have the system installed

Sola system installation

The service from Beth Jones was five star Time taken to install the system was too long over four months The weather was a problem which was out of every one s control In determining wether the power cable from the installation site to the meter box was of sufficient capacity took way too long

The setup process took place smoothly enough but the internet interface was totally confusing for an old man like me I would have appreciated a lot more help with that I also felt that the electricity company Aurora was less than helpful but that is not the fault of Smart Energy Only the future will tell how well the system works in my favour now that it has been fully installed
