the process from start to post installation was great havent been able to use the system yet waiting on origin energy to do there bit but smart energy were great

Lexie was great explained how it all works and possible savings The installers Willo Electrical were great left everything clean and explained how to read system

I was very happy with the way Michael presented why I should have solar panels I understood what was involved The price was less than I thought it would be but he sold it to me in a very professional way I was not at home when the panels were installed but had a couple of mobile calls from person installing them They left my yard etc in a neat and tidy way

The team worked very well together and at all stages I was kept up to date as to where my installation was at All members were very friendly and helpful From the sales representative on the 28 Sept to the installation team on the 19th October

Best decision of my life

I had 19 solar panels put in about 2years ago and was getting a feed in price of 19c from my supplier That soon changed they reduced fed to 7c my last bill rose by a staggering 47 would rise further Smart Energy put in a battery for me Now my home runs off solar battery NO MORE rip off power bills

All the staff from smart energy that was involved with me and my decision to have solar panels installed in my house have been wonderful from the first contact right to the end of the installation and still are I am now seeing the great benefits of the solar panels I would recommend smart energy for solar panels and installation without hesitation GOOD WORK GUYS AND GALS

A very pleasant experience the Smart Energy specialist Mac Diamond was very helpful explaining the process and how it works The installation was great with Chris Hennessy as well as his support with DoDo I would not have been able to do it without his support with the technical issues with DoDoThanks
