Absolutely amazing company

My grandson works for smart energy and helped me save money as I have just retired and only have my super so I didn t mind using a little bit of my super so save me money in the long run Specialist was a great fella definitely knew everything he was talking about and was extremely kind Installation team where so friendly too they were so sweet helping me fix my bbq after setting up the solar panels went through what I need to do on the app even one of them needed to use the toilet and took his shoes off Such a lovely group of people highly recommend

Jackson you legend

Jackson made the whole experience so easy and wonderful He is such a lovely and helpful young man He was extremely patient with us and explained everything in detail Nothing was too much trouble for him He answered any questions we had and was an absolute pleasure to talk to and deal with We would recommend Smart Energy to anyone looking for solar Can t thank Jackson and Ziggy who was extremely patient and didn t give up on us enough for all their help We are extremely pleased with our solar panels

All too easy

Honestly it was too easy to get it all done After the paperwork was dealt with which wasn t much hassle it was just a matter of waiting until the install date and that was it The installers did a fantastic job as well I m very happy with their cable routing job and where the battery and inverter were installed The only gripe I have is that there haven t been enough sunny days so far which is of course not Smart Energy s fault

Extremely happy with the level of service received Rob was my consultant I found him to be extremely knowledgeable professional and friendly Install happened when it was meant to and the team were fantastic Rob has also followed up after the install to check if everything is running smoothly and to answer any questions I m already seeing savings as promised Highly recommend

As promised

From the outset the team were informative on time and delivered as promised It s early days yet but panels and battery are performing as advertised - the battery app lets us see what s happening between panels to home use - to the battery and to or from the grid Test will be when the electricity bill arrives

Overall a great experience

Overall a great experience We had thinking of solar for a while but didn t really know where where to start When we were approached to have a free assessment we decided why not Adam was friendly professional The whole process took about 2 weeks Although the price isn t the cheapest they state that clearly on their information booklet after researching the panels the company after signing up we were happy with our decision to go ahead Interest free is a bonus too Its great that they will also monitor the system Happy to recommend

Solar Panel System Supplied Installed NO FUSS

I decided to have a solar panel system installed Supplier 1 sent me a quote by email when I tried to contact them by telephone messages no reply Supplier 2 sent me a quote by email all OK kept in touch by emails advised me of installation date nobody turned up salesman etc were not contactable Supplier 3 Smart Energy I received random phone call re would I be interested in Solar What a difference a day makes Salesman was very helpful everything went smoothly installation etc all happened as it was supposed to They have a great support team that contact me regularly to enquire how I am how the system is Also most importantly the price quoted covered everything NO EXTRAS

A happy customer

Sales agent was not pushy or overselling the product but knew her stuff Top quality components were offered first so knew i was not being sold rubbish Installation was on time quick and neat There was some back and forth on panel layout options and response was again quick A month in the results are very good Looking forward to what longer daylight hours brings

quick and easy setup with kind staff to help

The staff were so friendly and they never forgot about me as I was interested in a battery back in February 2023 and I received a phone call again asking if u was ready to move on and at that point I totally forgot about Smart energy and also really needed a battery as we struggled through winter and the reminder helped so much I was then put through with Beth who was so kind and helpful with any questions I had and setting up the final steps in getting a battery She was always very responsive and very professional with her work
