This is my second home fitted by Smart Energy I was extremely satisfied the first time and this time was no exception great people great service great product Can t recommend them high enough

Great customer service Returning my calls within 24hr Once installation was booked it was completes within a couple of days Happy with the way the battery is already saving me money and I can see this through the app installed

I have always refused to consider solar power in Tasmania because the capital cost combined with our long shady winters made it expensive and futile However Smart Energy explained that their combination of UV and solar panels coped with low light conditions and their time payment system where costs equaled the now obsolete electricity bills made the whole thing worthwhile The agent answered all questions fully left time for me to consider and generally made the change simple The installation was brilliant clean neat and fast They taught me easy operations hooked my phone up to monitor energy production and had good follow up service They dealt with my provider and did all the paperwork In just a couple of weeks I was a eco-friendly energy producer with no upfront costs and a healthy guarantee on my setup Very happy and now I can run my electrics in daytime instead of waiting for off-peak charges

The team turned up on time were friendly professional and completed their work in a timely manner less than one day System completed operational with certificate of electrical compliance provided but then switched off pending install of our smart meter by Energy Australia that occurred a week later System now working fine as is the online daily weekly monthly reporting system from Q Cells

THE FRIENDLY HELPFUL TRADES TEAM THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE THE INITIAL INSTALLATION WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND IT WAS A JOB WELL DONE ALL WE ARE WAITING FOR NOW IS FOR AGL AND SA POWER NETWORKS TO GET THERE ACT TOGETHER AND INSTALL THE NEW METER THEY HAVE SAID WEDNSDAY 9th DECEMBER SO HOPEFULLY THEY WILL COMPLETE THE CONECTION THANK YOU HARRY

Quality of service and products Ease of dealing with Smart Energy reps and office support 6 6kw solar system and 13 3kw battery Installed the solar panels inverter over a year ago in July 2021 installed the battery Oct 2022 Easily copes with a household of three people This morning the battery was at 72 electric off peak hot water reheats overnight and today at 3pm despite solid rain and total overcast day the battery is back to 94

Tennyson provided all the critical information we needed and answered all our questions After careful consideration we signed the contract with Smart Energy and our solar array was expertly and quickly fitted to our roof At the time our energy suplier was Red Energy who gave us the run around and took almost 6 months to supply a smart meter and connect our panels to the grid Since then we haven t looked back September 2022 we changed suppliers and have recieved a monthly credit ever since NO BILL at all just an increasing credit balance You can t beat that can you Thanks heaps Tennyson Great service great company to deal with

Jonathon Stone is a very personable salesman Knows his business and as we were sceptical about solar energy convinced us that to convert was a money saver and good idea Scepticism was based on solar water heating over thirty five years ago which was moderately successful The install was conducted efficiently rubbish removed and tidy when finished The app was successfully installed for me on my mobile The guys were very courteous and the electricity was only cut for an hour Minimal impact on us
