I found that the process was made easy for me by Sun Energy s sales representative Lexi who explained the process and the cost of installation very well The installers were excellent and assisted me with setting up the phone app for me to monitor the system Very happy all round

Everything went smoothly was installed in one day the workman were polite and friendly when they finished installing they cleaned up everything and explained the next procedure quite happy with everything

Transparent and Friendly

Smart energy assisted me with battery installation and now my power consumption is totally independent and really low cost Beth Jones was totally helpful since the beginning and explained all information needed She was patient and explained all the terms clearly I would also like to mention my thanks to Harry Hari who initially talked to me couple of months ago and introduced smart energy

Smooth Installation

Our most recent experience was installation of additional solar panels and battery The installers Jack and Zac were polite efficient and had very good communication throughout the process We had two decommissioned hot water solar panels on the roof area which they removed at our request but couldn t dispose of Luckily our neighbour had a skip that week that we could use so it all ended well The area was left very clean and Jack installed and registered us on the app

Our experience with Smart Energy has been amazing Eli our specialist was great Definitely a 10 couldn t fault our experience at all Eli was friendly super genuine and we could easily see Eli is passionate about his job He explained everything very well and we felt very comfortable having him in our home Not pushy at all very personable So far our experience with smart energy has been seamless from Noah explaining what Smart energy is all about at our door and organising our appointment with Eli to Eli getting us ready for a battery install next month Highly recommend
