Anna and Joe are so gracious They have spent alot of their time explaining the legal processes to ensure everything is well understood They are helpful in confronting lack of professionalism and biased opinion Anna competently guides through lodging a complaint finding addresses and communicates effectively They are courtious polite and respectful

We decided to use SMQ Legal by recommendation after having a not so great experience with another solicitors Bev Kiley Burton could not have been any more professional and on the ball House purchase was completed within approx 4 months Bev kept us informed and up to date every step of the way She did an amazing job in trying to get things moving ASAP for us since our previous purchase with a different solicitor fell through numerous times and we were living with parents after selling our home It s been a long 18 months from start to finish most of that with the previous solicitors incompetence but since we changed solicitors to SMQ and went for a completely different house we are thrilled it is finally over and we are now in our forever home Thank you Bev

Exceptional staff

My experience so far with SMQ has been fantastic This has been mainly due to a lady called Anna who had offered support to me way beyond my expectation Also my solicitor Mark made me feel more confident about my predicament Both of these people have given me exceptional service during a very difficult time

We are so grateful for vernon who started my sons case and to Joseph who pushed all the way till we could close the case Joseph was very thorough in all his letters he sent out and straight to the point which is what I like And the secretary s were both so nice to talk to on the phone as we spoke to them quite a bit So I would def recommend this firm And I would use again if needed Me and my son are very great full
