I would just like to say a big thank you to Bev Kiley and the team Burton-on-Trent for dealing with our recent house purchase Bev came highly recommended and I can see why she dealt with my many enquiries in a very professional manner keeping me informed every step of the way on what proved to be a less than straightforward house sale and purchase I would have no hesitation in recommending Bev and her team to any would be house purchaser

I called in at the office and the solicitor made email contact the very next day and then gave telephone advice after I had explained my problem saying the firm would provide legal representation if needed The service was helpful and friendly and I wouldn t hesitate to go back to them if I have any further problems

After being wrongly arrested in the middle of the night and thrown in jail within 30 minutes of being booked in I was contacted by SMQ Legal Services LLP who calmed me right down and told me they would have a Lawyer with me in the morning Early that day Lydia Etheridge came to my cell confident professional she spoke to me and told me it was clearly a mistake and she would get me out ASAP She clearly had a strong credible relationship with the Police and after being interviewed I was released shortly afterwards with no charge The 4 months that followed with police further investigating as they do for a very serious accusation Lydia was always there for me either by text email or a phone call always assuring me often times when I was curt and agitated that it was a process and everything would be fine and she was right Lydia Etheridge put a human face to an occupation that I never really thought were more than companies trying to make money of peoples misfortune Lydia proved me wrong Thank you Lydia

Right from the very 1st call with Lydia I felt we were in the best hands possible She was professional and factual but most of all had empathy for the situation and guided us through the entire process I have no doubt that without Lydia the outcome would have been very different she covered everything we discussed and more during the court appearance she really went all out for us and we are all so very grateful to her We couldn t have asked for more from her and would whole heartedly recommend her
