Very impressive service

I was slightly sceptical that this site was genuine but my concern was ill founded as the service was excellent The price is highly competitive despite me having download challenges it all went very smoothly I struggled to get my head around the download process so I connected customer support Charles who took remote control of my machine handled it all for me - Charles was excellent

Charlie was very helpful I bought a license key but it didn t work for my activation After verifying that I had purchased the product and that I was getting an error message via a screenshot Charlie have me another code to try It worked Quick and helpful service

Charles made a tough upgrade easy

Charles was with me every step of the way guiding me through installation issues that were basically for more advanced users He was cordial definitely knew what he was doing but most importantly kept his cool and never left me during a potentially difficult installation I am an experienced mac and pc user with more than 30 years experience and I can appreciate when technical support does exactly what the term says I would highly recommend Charles help you if you go through a Windows upgrade and I mean that sincerely I will definitely do business with MS Office Store again

Great Price and Easy Installation

I purchased Visio Pro 2021 on 18 Jan 2023 and it loaded up quickly on my new HP Windows 11 PC without any issues I did not have Office on my system prior to the download which some recommended then I loaded Office with no problems Everything worked together with no problems At start of the download a message appeared Can harm CPU which I ignored Then at the very end of the VISIO download nothing seems to be happening for about 5 minutes then a message appears Office Loaded I noticed it generated an Office Folder for Visio When you create your first Visio drawing they request your Product Serial Key for verification I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went I been using it with my existing Visio drawings for a couple weeks now with no problems

first time I see some one in my computer control everything first few minute was scare me but then i new you only help to install the windows it really amazing one of my new experience and i will never forget it from bottom of my heat i have to say you are true the lead of Hi tech in the world and always all the best to you and your team

Easy Purchase Download with Great Support

After an easy purchase and download I had problems due to Microsoft 365 The guys at MSofficestore were there with immediate support and was able to resolve the issue This is my second purchase from MSofficestore and no doubt it won t be my last Thank you

I had some issues with the install but soon resolved

I had some issues with the install mainly because I had an older version of Visio that I hadn t removed should have read the instructions When I contacted support Charles was brilliant with almost immediate responses and worked with me until it was resolved a short time later Customer service was second to none and I d highly recommend
