Excellent support

Because of a conflict with something on my PC Probably Office 365 which I really didn t want to subscribe to I needed a lot of support Drake spent a lot of time trying to sort it out In the end I reset the PC completely and it did the trick but that takes nothing away from the support I received

EXCELLENT TECH HELP I had a difficult problem with installing Visio which I had just bought from MSofficestore Charles was absolutely FIRST CLASS in sorting it out for me I was short of time and the issue was solved in 2 mins I actually enjoyed the process

Amazing experience

I accidently installed an enterprise version of Windows 11 Pro which I purchased from MS Office Store The purchase and download was a snap the SNAFU in the upload was mine I contacted the help chat and was connected with Charles Having been the CEO of a middle market company for 28 years I always had access to my IT group that solved all my hardware and software problems So to say the least my expertise at solving software problems is at around the second grade level Charles patiently helped me download some software that allowed him access to my computer Bam Bam Bam Bam Charles solved my problem I am off and running All this confirmed to me that I made the right decision choosing MS Office Store was fortunate to confer with their help desk and blessed to be connected with Charles

After struggling with my laptop

After struggling with my laptop backing up downloading Windows 10 etc 36 hours later I couldn t get my key to work Contacted MSofficestore ALEX was really helpful and polite Sorted me a new key for the actual windows I was trying to activate All up and running now

Good price simple purchase and download experience Given that every customer likely has a different configuration of Windows and Office going on I suppose it is hard to write simple installation instructions I floundered and had to contact the chat service for assistance Charles answered my plea and was super helpful despite my hesitance to sign up for a free 3-day support trial that I would need to cancel I did not The answer turned out to be a simple fix and I was connected and into the app in just a few minutes

A huge thank you

When I connected to the support chat a lovely gentleman by the name of Charles offered to help I was so fed up with the system and my internet I was irritated and frustrated but he was kind and patient He talked me through everything and was available for the next few days to help me get sorted In South Africa our loadshedding creates so many issues with connectivity so when I finally had better connection he was still there When I now did not know what to do because it appeared things were half downloaded the minute I asked he jumped onto my system and sorted it all out He constantly kept me updated and asked what was happening my side A real lifesaver I am technically challenged and he make it easy despite my challenges this side THANK YOU CHARLES

I was hesitant placing my order for Windows 10 because of the low price being offered After checking here I decided to take a chance on it and I m happy to say the product is great and the service was first rate I received my activation code within 60 seconds On top of that they also send a follow up mail to check if you have any issues and offer instant online help I didn t need it but I felt it was a nice touch

Fantastic customer service with very competent technical team available at all times I was updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and also needed to update my Office software I was struggling due to my inability and my old laptop The team of Charles Drake and Jason could not have been more helpful and very patient with me Issues were all resolved and I am very happy with my purchases Absolutely recommend this company for their product s value and superb service from the team
