I was quite apprehensive about buying

I was quite apprehensive about buying from unknown site but i did my homework and decided to give them a try and i am very pleased i did I bought windows to to upgrade my wifes old laptop but then ran into difficulty as my computer wouldnt open one of the files i had downloaded but it was no problem because i was able to link in with Charles online and he was quite happy to guide me through the process Being unsure as i am not too tec savvy i was then able to pass control to Charles who remotely completed the whole process for me Overall MS office and Charles managed everything in a very professional manner Very happy with the outcome and would highly reccomend

Outstanding Support Persistent Professional

I upgraded Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro on my aged desktop and kept getting error messages Jason at MSOffice support responded quickly He stayed on task and discovered and corrected multiple issues that arose no doubt from my inattention to upgrade recommendations His patience diligence and expertise will not be forgotten I would highly recommend MSOffice and Jason to others

I had a problem activating an upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro from the initial problem Jason was prompt to return emails and then suggested i sign up for a free 3 day support package where he logged in quickly fixed the issue great service i will be using you guys again

Instant online support from a person who knew the answers No queues no navigating automatic reply systems callback requests and so on Nor any attempt at a chatbot conversation unless it was such a good chatbot that I was convinced I was talking to a person Very much appreciated - almost made it a pleasure to spend money at the MS Store

Very Happy with MS OfficeStore

I purchased Windows Server 2022 Standard and struggled with the install due to my lack of knowledge Mark took over my PC and got the install working perfectly in no time at all There are possibly cheaper software services out there but these guys have the technical expertise and support to back it up Excellent service Will buy from them in future
