It was a total nightmare many hours wasted downloading software why can it not use what has already been downloaded and just verify The other problem was those drivers would it be a big deal to download a cache of possible drivers to be needed Why does system need such large resources I am a retired computer programmer and we used to process all commercial bank applications on 4 8k of memory

The product downloaded and the support was gratefully received The only problems that could not be solved was I lost sound which is important when playing games I kept losing my internet connection which didnt happen on windows 7 My computer start up was painfully slow and loading any web pages was also slow all of which has rectified on reverting back to windows 7 I requested a refund as it was not workable but was informed that because I was able to load it and use the key they were unable to refund The only thing is as I have said it was not fit for purpose and I was very disappointed and will not buy anything else from them

I was going to make a purchase of an operating system but I could not find instructions on how to perform an installation on a new blank PC I used their live chat feature to ask for them They told me that instructions will be sent after the purchase I wanted to see the instructions before making the purchase to make sure I would be able to follow them For example do I need MS media creator or a USB drive can it be used without and existing OS They told me they could not send me instructions ahead of placing an order because it s an automated process So I have to risk my money to find out When I asked why he can t copy paste the instructions from a previous email or wherever they are stored he replied That s not going to happen So I m going elsewhwere Edit MSofficestore has flagged this review as containing harmful or illegal content I ll be very interested to discover which part of this review is harmful or illegal Update after Trustpilot decided there was nothing harmful or illegal about this review MSofficestore requested my contact details I was told the review would be taken down if I did not supply them I gave them Then they told trustpilot that they did not believe this was a genuine interaction TP asked me for evidence I sent them the conversation transcript Then they phoned me up and offered me a voucher which I declined I wonder what they will try next

Immediately after installing Windows 10 I had a mail from Win Zip saying I needed to install 10 updates How was this necessary

Ordered 10 keys and only 9 worked Spent time online with their support and an hour on the phone with Microsoft and still this rogue key would not activate Over 50 quid out of pocket as a result 9 10

initial set up went well but couldn t authenticate final part remoted into PC 4 times but was still unable to authenticate However a call to authenticate over the phone worked Guys were very helpful friendly and professional throughout

Never received my email with details on it Called the office number and was told to wait 20 Mins then chat to the online facility After 30 I chatted to the online to be told to wait for the email After 3 hours I went back to online chat and they then sent me the link in the chat box why was this not done in original chat

The second person who I contacted to help install the programme I had to remind him I was an elderly person not very computer literate and would cease the contact He then changed and the programme was installed I think before the session starts the chat person should try and establish who they might be engaging with I hope this helps Malcolm
