windows 7 to 10 upgrade

The teamviewer staff were very helpful patient and worked for three days to get my computer upgraded from windows 7 to 10 However they did not achieve this and I was refunded my windows 10 I couldn t give any more time to this and will continue to use windows 7 I couldn t fault their attitude and commitment but it did not work out

An Experience not to be repeated

5 stars for Charles and the Support team but zero for the buying experience It took 7 downloads over 2 days and over 13 hours of on-line chat support to access the product and even now my Microsoft Account is inaccessible Without the persistence of Charles I would be writing a 1 start review How hard can it be to sell a software programme

Not as good as it could have been

The purchase process was straightforward but there was no CD provided and the instructions in the e-mail were not clear or comprehensive I had to resort to the chatline function which was helpful

Having a few issues slow downloading the new version but it is probably because there was so much to catch up on

Upgrade win10 home to win 10 Pro had a problem activating the key Charles sent me a different key and helped to resolve my problems The online chat was very responsive

Frustrated in Waltham

Staff was great but the inherent flaws in how the upgrade to Windows Pro from the Microsoft corporation were so bad I had downgrade the score on that alone But no problem with the support staff

The one thing I hate the most is how some people decide to make a review They are annoying and at least they should see that Just because some product is from Microsoft doesn t mean it together a lot of attention One of the computers look nice although I can t stand seeing some people being serious about Microsoft or their product By the way one review geek once said Microsoft stores were very different and if that is so the writer should ve proved it in any way The microsoft stores quite frankly used to function just fine which had nothing to do with Apple or nothing much to do with it at all The microsoft store didn t always look bad so it was easier to use it Some people have not much to say so it is easier to ignore them once enough
