surprisingly worked out after calling microsoft - my oem win 10 ultimate pro license activation - great staff

surprisingly worked out after I called microsoft and dealt with a extraordinary long number exchange back an forth and they are not all fantastic english speakers at those call centers when it comes to the windows 10 ultimate pro key also staff had some issues having more in stock on this site but they sorted it out within less than 30minutes and I m rather satisfied with my windows 10 experience so far it s been a few days now no issues the site was alittle weird and vacant of stuff to choose from but the essentials were their I d recommend them to any family member without much worry

Very happy with this Bought an activation key for Windows 10 at an enormous discount - initially sceptical because it was so cheap but Trustpilot reviews reassured me Delivered digitally in seconds and no issues with the key itself activated without any issues

It worked eventually

It worked finally on my Dell Pavilion 7559 model laptop The main problem was that it didn t want to work initially stating I was not online to finish Once I redid the process it stated key wouldn t work I did what I usually do when a problem like this arises I reboot Then after the reboot everything worked So yeah there is some sort of bug there Overall it s working great

People were good Microsoft was bad

I upgraded my motherboard in my pc Which was obviously pricy then had to reactivate windows It was a faff sorting out bought MS Home the key didn t work had to pay MORE for MS Pro sp had to pay a lot of money just for a new code Charles made it quite an easy process just a bit miffed I had to pay out so much money It was a bit of a cheeky process but Charles was very good

Windows 11 upgrade to Pro

When my Windows 11 upgrade to Pro didn t work I was worried that I had been sold a dodgy licence however the support team Mark and Charles from MSOfficestore were diligent in getting the problem resolved including remote a log in to update the program through Powershell and then assisting with activation of the version which meant issuing a new Activation code which was sent to me in an updated order once we knew it worked

Upgrade to Windows 10

I recently purchased an online version of Windows 10 to upgrade my laptop before an exam It wouldn t install and the service desk were initially not very helpful so I left negative feedback This morning when I checked my emails the service desk had reached out I hope in response to my feedback and have then helped me to sort the issue load the software and I m ready to go for my exam tomorrow - very helpful and much appreciated

Windows 7 upgrade

I was deciding on whether to upgrade from Windows7 to Windows 10 or buy a new PC I found your windows 10 software at a reasonable price and thought I d give it a try After 4hours of trying to do the install I finally allowed your team member to remote into my PC to help with the install It was a huge help After another 3 hours the install was complete and appears to work fine I could not have done it without your help It was very time consuming and frustrating but it s working and beats spending 600 on a new PC Your team members kept in contact throughout the process I worked with several agents Alex Jason Charles and finally Drake Thanks for your help I would use your services again

We purchased windows 10 update had trouble installing onto our PC Drake was very helpful and sent me a link with a easy breakdown step by step guide to follow and windows 10 installed without a hitch so thank you Drake and for the following up to make sure we were good to go

The only problem we had was having errors with downloading so we had to be in contact with IT techs Twice actually until every worked Both Charlie and Alex were great to deal with even followed up by email to ensure all went well
