update after responding to the company and getting varies contradictory responses I have been left with no option but to report them to trading standards They are not connected to Microsoft they lie about communications and they lie about their policies I will be taking legal action to get my money returned from these scammersI accidentally bought this product because my mum died and in my grief and ignorance of computers I didn t realise I already had windows 10 I thought it was windows 8 I also thought it was an official Microsoft store but it isn t I paid extra for technical support aswell so I m extra stupid They say they ll refund if the activation doesn t work which it won t because I already have it I m just stupid However they won t refund a genuine mistake and are being really horrible Don t use them they have really bad customer service they pretend to be Microsoft instead of being clear about not being them and they break consumer law by not refunding I hope if your mum died you get nicer kinder people not robbing you

Absolute and total nightmare I upgraded from a perfectly working Windows 7 system to Windows 10 because of regular reminders threats that you could not guarantee future repairs I have since spent 5 hours on 3 phone calls to Knowhow technicians because of a password verification problem They fixed it 3 times each time it went wrong immediately I restarted the computer I spent over an hour yesterday on the phone to my daughter who fixed the email issue but it failed immediately I restarted the computer The printer does not connect I can t face another phone call to Know How RULE if it ain t broken don t fix it It is just a way for Microsoft to persuade you to get a new computer
