I bought MS Office 2019 Student and Home from SoftwarePal for my new laptop I downloaded the software from the link supplied The unique activation code supplied by SoftwarePal did not work as it came up saying that the code had already been used I contacted SoftwarePal and they used a different activation code to access the programmes When I accessed my Microsoft account online there was no recognition of purchase of this product In the circumstances I was concerned by what I had purchased and what had been downloaded by SoftwarePal I was also puzzled to see that one day after my purchase the same product was being marketed on their website at half the price I paid

never received a link or email for the office 2019 other than that given through chat the password given at purchase would not work either over the internet or phone activation was told that this was not a valid version of the software and contact the vendor

I purchased Windows 10 -it completely messed up my PC I requested a refund and was told my PC was too old But Windows 10 did install - which means my machine is adequate I need an urgent refund I cannot believe that an upgrade has slowed down my PC very disappointed with MS response

Had issues loading it up so next day the adviser said he can sort it through Team viewer he got it sorted and also wiped my full computer and couldn t help me any further basically he was clicking alsorts on my computer and wiped it fully they say im that 1 that it can happen to now they are saying no Refund KEEP WELL AWAY Now uninstallled and refused an refund

the instructions couldn t be followed i used the chatbot and it sort of helped but i m stuck with a half useable verson of WIndows 11 Pro on my brand new laptop

In good faith I purchased a Windows10 upgrade Using all the information and following all the instructions provided the download commenced Five hours later the download failed before advising that there was 13 days download time to go I contacted my service provider who advised that because I was still only a wireless internet subscriber this program would not function effectively When I advised the company of this requesting a refund I received a very patronising email response letting me know that they do not refund based on internet speed restrictions So I have paid 125AUD for absolutely nothing I feel very sorry for organisations who need to take advantage of innocent consumers in order to stay viable Very disappointed and would never recommend anybody purchasing from this company As I have stated I have paid 125AUD for absolutely nothing Regrettably I am not in a position to let this go and am seeking further advice

Very poor I wanted a simply Windows upgrade and had multiple links to navigate A simple case of customer disappointment Steer clear

This place is a scam do not purchase from them They are not Microsoft they lie about the products and once you purchase they refuse to refund your money There is no one to contact I will be filing formal complaints with I will be FTC as a fraud Now they sent me a random email asking for more information or that they would be removing my post Sure glad I caught the email and provided the information can you imagine how may bad reviews are removed because people move on from the poor service and forget about it SCAM

I tried to run Dragon Professional 16 in Parallels on my MacBook Air I purchased Windows 11 Professional Retail Version from MS Office Store to run in Parallels the PC emulator Dragon did not run well in Parallels I now have no need for Dragon Professional 16 Parallels and Windows and uninstalled all off of my MacI tried to return Windows 11 Professional Retail Version from MS Office Store The agent advised me Once you install the Windows it s no longer applicable for a refund anymore You can check the terms and conditions above Sometimes you just need to play with hardware and software to determine whether it will achieve your desired goals In hindsight I should have purchased Windows from my local Micro Center which permits returns when hardware and software do not achieve the overall business solutionBy the way Nuance which makes Dragon accepted immediate return with no questions asked 755 09

Where do I begin Back in February I went to the MS office online store to simply purchase a download for the Windows 10 Operating System OS At the threshold the buyer must provide all the information to pay and process the download I expected an easy procedure to accomplish the purchase As I began I discovered I needed the assistance of a chat representative The response was prompt but largely unhelpful After some time had passed the rep decided I needed to delete data to provide space for the download on my HP Athlon silver laptop After sometime I was able to delete enough data to accommodate Windows 10 When that was unsuccessful a new rep suggested I dispatch a screen shot of the page causing the chokehold Now I was told that because of my security system and incompatibility I would need to acquire another computer a flash drive and delete significant data from the subject HP Athlon I was preparing to travel for a month and explained that process was not available to me and I requested a simple refund of the 32 00 they charged MS declined the refund offered a credit in the online store for which I had no use and discontinued any efforts to provide a solution I filed a complaint with PayPal and the Better Business Bureau During the PayPal attempted resolution MS accused me of fraud a defamatory assertion and claimed they could not re-use their product therefore I was further denied a refund I explained their loss was illusory since I too couldn t use the OS and I had actually suffered a monetary loss by paying for something I did not receive Ultimately the PayPal resolution process which was unhelpful and only consisted of pointless cross arguments in email exchanges closed the complaint and false claims that I didn t respond MS relied on its own adhesion policy to deny a refund and by extension provided a service that was unmerchantable and outside what is commonplace in the industry I encourage to buyers to beware of contacts with the MS store
