I ve been using T-mobile for almost 9 years and I ve never experienced problems with them untill now I am talking about their mobile services Their home internet is a different story but back to the issue I decided to prolong my contract with them and enjoy a new iPhone I ordered the phone but when arrived I notice that it is huge and I can barely hold it in my hand what about operating with it I decided to return it back and then the drama began It took them more than 2 working days as they stated in the email to just look at 2 pages and send me a return label Not only this I had to call the customer service more than 2 times to ask them for the label The guys and gals were very nice though They told me that my request hadn t reached them and I have to wait another 48 hours Finally I received the label and in the paper was stated that I have to return it in 5 days Come on It s snowing outside the rest of the companies give extra time but no they are obviously special Aaaand I have to pay for the return - 7 Seven I have just sent it back so how the issue is going to be solved I still do not know but I decided to buy a losse phone and not being their customer anymore Maybe this wouldn t have happened if there was no corona and I could go to the shop and pick up a phone there but Shall I begin about the internet Let s say I regret leaving Ziggo
