When I switched from another operator
When I switched from another operator to T-Mobile for both my phone contract and for my home internet connection a customer representative from my previous service provider called me and tried to persuade me to stay with them The offered me a discount for the following six months and tried to convince me that they were offering the best possible service in the Netherlands Actually I had nothing to complain the service with them was great But it was simply too expensive T-Mobile would offer me a home internet connection for half the price of what I was currently paying by taking advantage of the combined home phone contract combo discounts I told them I was switching for mere economic reasons and as a last resort the customer representative asked me Did you read the reviews of your new operator So I went to look at Trustpilot and sure enough the reviews on T-Mobile were utterly discouraging to put it mildly Normally only dissatisfied customers tend to leave bad reviews so I decided to take the risk and go on with the switch I feel like now it is my duty to report back my impressions on the service provided by T-Mobile after two months of use I am completely satisfied with the service provide by T-Mobile both for my home internet connection and for my phone data voice plan I am paying for the combined service less than what I was paying just for the home internet connection before with the added benefit of unlimited data on my phone The transition was almost effortless I just connected the modem to the line and everything was set up in a matter of five minutes One day a few weeks later I started noticing drops out in the connection and contacted the T-Mobile customer service on twitter They replied in a matter of a few hours in good English and helped me to identify the problem In fact it was not a T-Mobile problem but it was the airport express another wireless device that I was keeping close to the modem that was causing interference After that I didn t experience any problem at all I am getting full bandwidth all times of the day All in all I am quite satisfied for the quality of the service provide for the responsiveness and friendliness of the customer service via twitter and for the money I am saving month by month
