I ve been using T-mobile for almost 9

I ve been using T-mobile for almost 9 years and I ve never experienced problems with them untill now I am talking about their mobile services Their home internet is a different story but back to the issue I decided to prolong my contract with them and enjoy a new iPhone I ordered the phone but when arrived I notice that it is huge and I can barely hold it in my hand what about operating with it I decided to return it back and then the drama began It took them more than 2 working days as they stated in the email to just look at 2 pages and send me a return label Not only this I had to call the customer service more than 2 times to ask them for the label The guys and gals were very nice though They told me that my request hadn t reached them and I have to wait another 48 hours Finally I received the label and in the paper was stated that I have to return it in 5 days Come on It s snowing outside the rest of the companies give extra time but no they are obviously special Aaaand I have to pay for the return - 7 Seven I have just sent it back so how the issue is going to be solved I still do not know but I decided to buy a losse phone and not being their customer anymore Maybe this wouldn t have happened if there was no corona and I could go to the shop and pick up a phone there but Shall I begin about the internet Let s say I regret leaving Ziggo

Have been trying to connect login to my tmobile account for weeks Hard to get any help or anyone human on the phone

Abysmal customer service

Constant connection black outs or slow speeds without any explanation Recently had a 2 hour black out due to a nonsense technical DNS issue from their side Looking up on website have to go through hoops to find an actual number to call Even after finding it the number is apparently not registered had a friend call and they were on wait for 30 minutes with still no respond Other contact options are no where to be seen Still can t find an email to request they provide me a proof of the connection issue as I need it for my work to justify my last minute missing the meeting The live chat is also a dump automated chat bot Avoid them like the plague Don t be fooled by low price offers Changing providers for sure

More than 6 months waiting for glass

More than 6 months waiting for glass fiber There is a lonely glass fiber cable outside my home that has been sitting there for months T-Mobile delegates the connection to a company TofGroup The TofGroup tofgroup nl is niet zo tof Thanks to this company I m waiting more than 6 months for the glass fiber connection Instead of calling me they called my wife while she was driving behave very rude and tell her the won t call back if she could not talk at that moment 6 months later my wife gets an email stating to which number we should call Both the email and phone call should have been directed to me but for some reason T-Mobile provided the wrong numbers I called T-Mobile several time about this but their answer was to just wait In the meantime I m still waiting for glass fiber over paying to Ziggo loosing more than 15 euros a month

Terrible Management and Infrastructure

Incredibly slow to set up an installation appointment Now the worker who showed up was incredibly kind and knew his stuff BUT he had to make a follow up appointment which he failed to enter into the system - calling Guidion resulted in a 20 minute wait and an apology with a promise to show up the following week 10 minutes later I received an email with a completely different appointment time Thus after another 30 minutes of being on hold they finally set up the correct appointment time but blamed it on Computer Error I can t with these people

Unfortunately I have to call them every month because of being a customer for over 9 years with them I noticed that I had been being over charged I am grandfathered in with them on a contract and they are trying very hard for me to switch to their NEW plan which would cost me more and then my other contract would be null and void I call every month like clock work for my adjustment and it is a battle of tell me why I ask them to simply pull my account up and they can see all of the calls not to mention the notes They say they see them and then ask me to go over it with them again It is always the same thing I will make this adjustment and I will call you back with a fix so you don t have to call again Never hear from the Makes it hard to recommend them when I found they were doing this for way too long and now have to call and spend roughly an hour of my time on the phone monthly to get it straight I explained what they could do to correct it and they tell me that is a great idea but we can t do that a company this size should be able to fix something so simple guess not All I can say is not matter who you have service with be sure to watch your bill

True story my internet went offline a few days back and since then no solution They say my request was put in backlog which will be handled min 2 max 7 days If they can t fix it probably this s what s going to happen they ll arrange an appointment with Guidion Slow service to say the least The problem is solved by a KPN technician

Good quality and service

Good quality and service It was disappointing that when I wanted to extend my contract and get a new phone I could not because of type of my ID card I am not Dutch but I was not informed that law changed But personnel was kind and explained that it caused a lot of inconvenience for their clients all over the country Internet speed is exceptional

Decent

The only reason why it s 4 not 5 is that whenever I extend my contract with T-Mobile they don t extend it from the day the previous one ended They add 2 months in between Very sketchy So I always end up with 14 or 26 month contracts instead of the 12 and 24 I sign Otherwise perfect connetion flawless Better than what I have for work with KPN Good customer service
