Buyers beware cancel or amend options unavailable
UPDATE - my error was corrected free of charge and to my complete satisfaction by using website request system to contact customer service at help ticketweb co ukupgrading experience to 4 from 1 I have tickets that I cannot use and unable to amend or chance to a later date it is my error but with 5 minutes of purchase I realised my error but my mistaken assumption would be that TicketWeb would have allowed me to change to a later date without consequence Buyers beware ensure all your information is correct as per TicketWeb website T C s states quote You are not entitled to cancel your contract for the purchase of the following items a a ticket including any platinum ticket b a package c I booked the tickets and realised on the e-tickets send immediately after purchase less than 3 minutes that I had purchased for the wrong month booked for April rather than May - within 5 minutes I went to the TicketWeb uk site and tried to amend or cancel but unable to do so and no way of contacting TicketWeb that I could see This is very poor customer service I must say and I will never make another TicketWeb transaction in the future May I suggest you also do not until reasonable cancellations and amendments are available on purchases
