Buyers beware cancel or amend options unavailable

UPDATE - my error was corrected free of charge and to my complete satisfaction by using website request system to contact customer service at help ticketweb co ukupgrading experience to 4 from 1 I have tickets that I cannot use and unable to amend or chance to a later date it is my error but with 5 minutes of purchase I realised my error but my mistaken assumption would be that TicketWeb would have allowed me to change to a later date without consequence Buyers beware ensure all your information is correct as per TicketWeb website T C s states quote You are not entitled to cancel your contract for the purchase of the following items a a ticket including any platinum ticket b a package c I booked the tickets and realised on the e-tickets send immediately after purchase less than 3 minutes that I had purchased for the wrong month booked for April rather than May - within 5 minutes I went to the TicketWeb uk site and tried to amend or cancel but unable to do so and no way of contacting TicketWeb that I could see This is very poor customer service I must say and I will never make another TicketWeb transaction in the future May I suggest you also do not until reasonable cancellations and amendments are available on purchases

Worked to change my mind

Accidentally booked a ticket for the wrong date Contacted them within 10 minutes of booking But their terms and conditions state all sales are final Asked for a change to the other show but they flat refused to even try Read the terms and conditions Have edited this as after telling me they could not help an hour later they helped me re book for the right time So I have to say they really helped me out and fixed it

Very good company

I purchased tickets a month before the event I had a small issue receiving my tickets via E-ticket email However I contacted TicketWeb and within 5 minutes I had received a reply and my tickets resent to my email which I received Overall very good experience with them

My tickets hadn t arrived by email I had received a receipt and order confirmation and assumed it was the tickets Only realised I didn t have tickets on way to gig Emailed ticket Web more in hope than expectation but had a quick response with tickets attached Good customer service response

Poor service initially

Bought tickets to see Rianne Downey at Colours Hoxton on 28 November Turned up to find venue in darkness Concert had been cancelled Got an email from Ticketweb 3 days after the gig date to say gig had been cancelled until April 2024 No offer of refund Update - emailed them back and got a refund Back up to 4

Time and venue change meant I could not make the gig I was given plenty of notice of this change for which I am grateful Also Ben facilitated a refund with no problems whatsoever

Used chat service via Ticketmaster app to check why my mobile ticket was not visible Issue resolved within a few hours Only 4 not 5 stars as no interim updates so I had no idea if the problem was being investigated but it all worked out in the end Thanks

I had a problem with my QR code for an event in Edinburgh Ann from fan support was very prompt with an email that resolved the issue Great customer service but this is the second event that I have had only purchased confirmation but no ticket by email

Ticketweb offers fantastic customer service with efficient resolution times I faced an issue with not receiving my tickets via email and the staff were quick to respond and fix it getting the tickets to me within the hour Even when I had my emails hacked and lost everything Hanz was very helpful and provided all my booking details promptly When I was anxious about not receiving a confirmation for my concert ticket Hanz reassured me and resolved my concern swiftly Additionally Hanz efficiently helped me with a refund for a wrong ticket purchase restoring my faith in the ticket industry Overall their service is highly commendable
