Tom got back to me within a few hours

Tom got back to me within a few hours However I only found out by chance that the performance had been cancelled via looking at another website Really poor communication as I would have expected ticketweb to have let me know that horrible histories had been cancelled Hopefully my six and seven year old will not be upset following me bigging it up this morning

Tickets delivery sucks

I just complained because I bought a couple of e-tickets for Sebastian Plano and they didn t arrive inmediatly I ask Customer Service and they told me that they will arrive 5 days before the event However today I have just received the tickets in my inbox A couple of notes ticketweb should notify if the tickets are not dispatched straight away and also CS should provide VALID info Not sure if I will buy tickets here again if I can avoid that I like to receive my etickets inmediatly

Over a month waiting on a refund

Ticketweb are great when the event goes ahead and have your tickets buy trying to get a refund from them is absolutely shocking I submitted my bank details for a refund over a month ago and all I keep getting from their customer service email once they finally get back to me is please be patient Be patient waiting this long for a refund is unacceptable I needed a refund from both Dice and gigantic tickets for cancelled shows and got refunds from both of them within 2 days ticketweb you need to take note seriously

Refund requested for changed concert

I have been promised time and time again that my refund has been processed but no money has ever been refunded to my account The emails were very prompt to begin with and the messages were very positive however i have sent two more emails that now have been ignored I feel i am just getting fobbed off now with promises that a refund shall reach my account The card i paid with has expired they requested bank details which i provided but still to no avail The concert date is tomorrow 23th February and i still have no refund

Unjustified delivery charge for eTickets

Good immediate delivery but unjustified fee for eTicket delivery 20 face value tickets 2 handling and processing per ticket then 1 75 to email tickets to us Rip off

Paid 50 05 gig was cancelled Ticketweb refunded 48 40 They withheld the delivery fee tickets had been emailed to me Rip-off Britain

Long refund times

Quite disappointing - it took four months to receive a refund I can appreciate the large waiting times but 4 months was very poor especially as I was told on 3 occasions that the refund would be provided within 15 working days They did eventually send a refund hence the extra star but it was a disappointing overall experience

Incredibly clunky

Incredibly clunky Think it has all worked but not entirely sure Would be nice to be able to transfer to google wallet going to be rummaging thru 4 months emails on the night Would be nice if I could transfer my friends ticket to him easily and securely just in case we dont arrive at the same time Very poor

The quick response to my enquiry about why my ticket has not arrived 2 days before the event was really helpful- the response arrived within a few hours My concern is that as a customer who has paid for this ticket 6 months ago I m supposed to accept that my ticket may not arrive until 2 hours before it starts Is it okay if don t pay until 2 hours before the show begins

Your website is rubbish

Buying a ticket smoothly is only a small part of what organisations like Ticketweb offer It is how they deal with things when they go wrong that matter I needed to get a refund The website it terrible It gives instructions to do things which are imposible as you are directed to click on links that do not exist When you do finally find the webform it is clunky and asks unnecessary questions like when did you buy your ticket Finally I was told by a staff member that I was not entitled to a refund because of small print so I had to provide the small print showing that I was Poor
