Purchased gig tickets through Ticketweb back in June unfortunately with a week to go to the event one of the joint headlining bands were removed from the tour I contacted Ticketweb querying the possibility of a refund received a message from Hanz Godwin T an hour or so later advising a refund had been issued and to expect it in my bank within 5 working days Was very impressed with the level of service and the speed of the response

Was extremely anxious about my purchase as i had bought a concert ticket months ago however had not received a confirmation and my event is in a week Customer service assistant Hanz Godwin T was extremely comforting and helpful assuring that my ticket will be sent to me nearer the date Great service and was resolved in less than two hours thank you

Absolutely brilliant Customer Service from Hanz Godwin who helped me get a refund when I stupidly bought the wrong ticket date Can t thank you enough Hanz for your friendly efficient service I did not think I would get the help I needed Restored faith in the ticket industry xx

I hadn t received my tickets and didn t realise until an hour before I was due to leave for the gig Emailed via the link more in hope than expectation and kudos to Hanz he had the tickets in my inbox 15 mins later

I had my emails hacked and lost everything including gig ticket emails etc I emailed Ticketweb for help with the limited info I had purchase date and bank screengrab Within a short time I had a reply with all my booking info and confirmation of tickets reference Hanz who helped me couldn t have been nicer and it really helped me out of my panic that I d lost everything because I d checked out as a guest and didn t make an account

Had issue with my tickets after I accidentally deleted my emails The customer support was first class the rep Hanz Godwin T helped set my mind at ease retrieved my booking confirmation and gave me advice on what would happen next tickets would be issued nearer the event First class customer service indeed Thank you

Quick helpful and very kind

I had misplaced my ticket three days before the show I searched eveerywhere in the house for it as I thought it would ve been too late to sort anything else out and they back to me as soon as they could and where very kind given my circumstance They where very helpful and informative so I knew what was happening and solved the issue for me with little to no problem I m very grateful
